Mental &Physical BEFORE MY EYES YOU STILL DON'T STOP! ► Appearance
While not the tallest of men, standing at precisely 5'9, nor the most well-built, with an exceedingly slim yet more than moderately toned body weighing 140lbs, Hiatari stands as one used to commanding respect from those around him. A straight back, chin angled slightly up and dark, shaggy hair are all that is really needed to portray his attitude to those around him. With his appearance betraying both an uncanny resemblence to that of his father and the Head of the Hyūga Clan, Hyūga Hiroshi, and a distinct opposition, Hiatari's outward image is a true reflection of his inner one. His pale skin and hair colour are clear indicators of his clan's heritage, though naturally it is his pure white eyes with their cold, unforgiving surface yet undeniable warmth hidden deep within that truly evidence it.
As if to further his distinction from his father and his Clan, Hiatari's usual clothing consists of the traditional long white robes of the Hyūga Clan... Dyed black. In addition, it is a rare occasion that he dons footwear of any kind, preferring the feel of dirt underfoot and the control that he can bring to his Juuken with the marginally better flexibilty in his feet and the ability to even use the tenketsu in them to perform Juuken jutsu.
► Mental AssessmentHiatari's personality revolves around his position as the Heir to the Hyūga Main Family, one that he has both melded into perfectly and fully rebelled against. Stemming from his strict upbringing, Hiatari suppresses his emotions, rarely allowing them to surface. While this can be an aid, helping him to remain calm and collected in any situation, it can have some social ramifications; seemingly distant and arrogant, an impression not aided by his actual arrogance, believing himself superior to almost everybody he has ever met. However, Hiatari is not entirely following in the footsteps of his ancestors. In fact, it is quite the opposite; though he keeps it hidden, Hiatari's heart lies with freedom, not restraint. For him, the ultimate expression of freedom is the ability to control oneself; self-control and self-restraint are some of the qualities he most admires in others and himself. However, the ability to control others is the exact opposite of this and as a result he has grown distant from his family. Using their Juinjutsu, the Hyūga Main Family have the ability to control the Branch Families, who are obligated to protect the Main Family. Hiatari's Moral Code clashes with this very strongly, for he believes in only protecting those who can protect themselves and, above all else, having a choice in the matter. The Hyūga Juinjutsu removes the element of choice from the Branch Families' devotion and completely removes their freedom without giving them a chance to fight back. That is one thing that Hiatari will never be able to forgive. Hiatari has not yet finished defining his Moral Code, though so far he has decided on, memorised and written down the following; Kindness to those who deserve it. Those who return favours, keep their word and are, in general, honourable. Protection for those who protect themselves. Those who rely on others to protect them are simply parasites leeching off the good will of their defenders. Those who try to protect themselves, be it through learning to fight or paying others to fight for them. Those that merely beg for help without any thought of payment are simply selfish and lazy. Respect to those that show it. Those who show respect are worthy of it. Those who do not are not even worth disdain. To be free is to know oneself. To know oneself is to be free. Those who are truly free will truly know themselves; their goals, their limits - everything - for they are the few that have nothing to stop them. Those that truly know their goals, limits and everything about themselves must be free, or they are mistaken. Freedom is the epitome of being. Nothing is more important than freedom; something that all deserve but few truly want or work towards. Control is Freedom. Freedom is Restraint. The greatest expression of freedom is to show that one can control oneself. By practising self-restraint one proves his freedom; he is not bound by greed or lust, nor by the laws of the land. He has the freedom to indulge himself or break laws but chooses not to. ► likes- Freedom

► Background Information Born in Konohagakure, the eldest son of the Hyūga Clan's Head, Hyūga Hiroshi, and heir to the family line, Hyūga Hiatari was subject to the many rules and restrictions placed upon the son of a noble family. As one of the Main Family he was taught self-control and respect even from the moment he could talk, and as the heir to that family, the boy was kept under almost constant guard, rarely being given more than a minute or two to himself.
Even as a young child, Hiatari was forbidden from playing with most of the other children; if they were not of noble blood, they were not worthy of his friendship. Or so he was taught by the Clan Elders. Deemed a genius ninja with the potential of reaching Hokage level, Hiatari never attended the Academy, unlike most prospective ninja. Instead, from the age of three, he spent most of each day training with his father or one of the clan Elders. As a result of his training and talent, Hiatari could already use his Byakugan to see the Tenketsu in a person's body by the age of five. At this point his training took a step up - all day, every day, he would be taught the Clan's specialty; the Jūken, or Gentle Fist, taijutsu form. It was a rare occasion to see Hiatari allowed out of the clan compound and this usually occurred as a reward for an impressive breakthrough with his training.
Around the same time, Hiatari's younger brother, Hinagi, came into the world. Hiatari, though he truly loved his little brother, never had the time to spend getting to know him. As a result, the two were never close - the age gap alone created some distance, though it was the lack of free time in Hiatari's life that really led to this. By the age of seven, Hiatari was deemed to have reached Genin level. He took an exam in the same style as those the Academy Students would have at their graduation and passed with flying colours. Rather than being assigned to a team and training with them, Hiatari only went on missions with his squad. Training, which continued to take up practically all his time, remained to be with his family. Perhaps as a result of this, Hiatari began to rebel from the strictness of his family; the idea that it was one's heritage that defined their life and that these teammates of his were not worthy of him simply because they had been born into a different family. He became good friends with his fellow squad members despite an age difference of almost five years and the diiscouragement from doing so that he received from his family. His squad missions became his favourite part of life, and indeed, the only part where he got to do anything much except train.
At the age of nine, Hiatari entered the Chūnin Exams with his Teammates. While doing exceedingly well - especially in the tournament - he was not deemed ready to become a Chūnin. Both of his teammates, however, were. Despite the age and rank difference, his friendship with his teammates remained strong and the three continued to go on missions together, though now they were without a Jōnin Leader. On one of these missions the three came into conflict with a group of C and B-Rank Nukenin. One of Hiatari's teammates was severely injured in the fight and Hiatari himself was stabbed in the chest, dangerously close to his heart. The third of their squad managed to create a distraction for Hiatari to escape, carrying his teammate over his shoulder. All three made it back to Konoha alive, though Hiatari's injured teammate passed away in the hospital a day later. From then onwards, Hiatari and his surviving teammate grew apart - the emotional trauma, in conjunction with the fact that the Hyūga Clan Elders decided it was too dangerous to send such a promising Heir on missions at such a young age, left little that could keep them together.
Shortly after his eleventh birthday, Hiatari joined two other Genin who had failed the previous Chūnin Exams, to enter them again. This time, Hiatari and the two others all passed, with Hiatari becoming the youngest Hyūga Chūnin in his Clan's memory. The newly promoted Hiatari was now allowed to participate in missions once again, and he did so to tremendous effect. By the time he hit thirteen, Hiatari had already been appointed a member of the ANBU by the Yondaime Hokage, and at just fourteen he became a Tokubetsu Jōnin. Progressing faster than many thought possible, his talent augmented by his constant training, he took on his first mission as the Taichō of an ANBU Squad at fifteen.
Following the success of an A-Rank ANBU mission that Hiatari led, despite the mission information being horrifically incorrect - it would have been S-Rank had the correct information been present - with minimal loss, he was promoted to Jōnin at just sixteen years old. After a full year as a Jōnin and member of the ANBU, Hiatari was called into the Hokage's Office. The Godaime Hokage requested that Hiatari take up the position of Jōnin Sensei following the upcoming Academy Graduation Exams, in addition to remaining on-call for ANBU missions. Hiatari agreed to do so, upon hearing the Hokage's reasoning; there was a specific team that he was to teach, one whose three members would certainly pass the Graduation Exams with ease. It consisted of an Uchiha, a Senju and an Uzumaki. Perhaps it was mere coincidence that he was thought the most appropriate Jōnin to teach this team, but Hiatari couldn't help but wonder about the fact that all four members of his new Squad would be supposed descendents of the legendary, perhaps mythical, Rikudō Sennin.

[/justify] [/div] Special Abilities EVERYBODY HANDS UP! ► Special Traits ► Physical
B y a k u g a n
The primary ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. Upon activation of the dōjutsu, the wielder is granted an automatic 50 meter field of vision around themselves which can then be extended at their discretion. The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, as well as some degree of telescopic sight. It can also see through most barriers, and other things such as smokescreens/mist, differentiate between non-corporeal clones and can see through techniques that would otherwise hide an opponent from normal sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved through training. The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, chakra flow, the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail as well as the colour of chakra. It is from this particular ability that the Hyūga Clan are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the chakra pathway system, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defence against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting. Like the Sharingan and Rinnegan, the Byakugan's ability to see chakra and its flow allows the user to detect chakra sealed barriers as well as determine when genjutsu is being used. It can also discern a transformation, and a real person using the eye's ability to see chakra. Particularly skilled users of the Byakugan can take the Gentle Fist style one step further. Along the keirakurei are 361 pinprick-sized nodes called tenketsu, or chakra points, which only the Main House users can see. When struck, the Byakugan user can choose to either seal, or forcibly open these tenketsu, thus giving the user complete control over their opponent's chakra system. So, with precision, all those points along the victim's body can be sealed, stopping the chakra flow to those areas. Able to strike without force, and yet do more damage to a ninja than some of the most powerful ninjutsu, the Gentle Fist has been labelled as the greatest taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure. A member of the main branch is capable of training their Byakugan to such a point where they are capable of seeing a person's tenketsu. However, this is a very rare sight to see, and a very hard feat; especially when doing so alone. Hiatari has trained his Byakugan to the point at which he can easily see a person's tenketsu, even at a range of over fifty meters. His standard 360º vision can reach almost a kilometer, while if he focuses he can see up to five times that length in one direction. S p e e d Hiatari's speed is said to be unsurpassed by any in Konohagakure, perhaps even by any in the world. Not only are his raw speed, agility and reflexes lightning-fast, but his Shunshin is so advanced as to have given him the nickname "Shunshin no Hiatari", or "Hiatari the Teleporter", for the long distances he can move almost instantaneously with the aforementioned technique. J ū k e n The Gentle Fist (柔拳, Jūken) or Gentle Fist Art (柔拳法, Jūkenpō) is a form of hand-to-hand combat used by members of the Hyūga clan. It inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System, subsequently injuring organs which are closely intertwined with the area of the network which has been struck. To do this, the user surgically injects a certain amount of their own chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway system, causing damage to surrounding organs due to their proximity to the chakra circulatory system. Even the slightest tap can cause severe internal damage, hence the name "gentle" fist. Targeting the tenketsu can enhance the havoc and control a Gentle Fist practitioner can impose upon an opponent's chakra network. These special nodes, 361 in total, are key gate keeping interceptions in the chakra circulatory network, thus forcibly opening or sealing them in whatever manner the Gentle Fist user sees fit is a powerful tactical option to have. The user's chakra can either increase chakra flow in the opponent's body, or disrupt it completely, preventing them from using techniques. Any chakra-based substance can be destroyed by this technique by leaking chakra from the chakra openings in one's hands and molding it into a needle-like shape to slice through the chakra. However it is unknown if this technique can be done by any Gentle Fist user or just those who can see the tenketsu. Because the chakra pathway system is invisible to the naked eye, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat. The ability to inflict severe internal trauma with minimal external force, combined with chakra network manipulation, makes the Gentle Fist the most reputable and fearsome taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure. Except, perhaps, for his father, Hiatari's proficiency with Jūken surpasses that of any other Hyūga. His speed, flexibility and fluidity, however, are second to none - it is only his father's knowledge and experience that puts him one step ahead of Hiatari. ► Special- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
