inokōdai yamanaka is a strange young woman who adorns the most simple yet elegant designs. Her most commonly worn attire is that of a hard-orange and yellow kimono with a dark red obi or sash wrapped around her waistline. The kimono reaches just past her ankles where her -wooden clogs must keep her aloft to avoid it dragging against the filthy ground. The kimono is made of a unique silk only obtainable by those of the wealthiest families and is a sure fire means to show off her personal wealth and heritage but in truth it is so much more than that.

unlike normal attire it folds out and can be flipped to show a dark-brown near black baseline that can be twisted and fastened into place to form her other uniform allowing for rapid changes in appearance and as such quick disguises when on the move. Underneath the obi (sash) she contains most if not all of her Shinobi supplies as well as a large folding fan used for anything she can think of, and a few simple yet well placed slips of paper with various seals.

her eyes contain a dark-hue of emerald as well as her hair having a shimmer taint; blonde and long; she continues to wrap it up behind her neck where it is usually kept in a bun-with a large wooden tski or (wooden pin/chopstick) to keep it in place. Under both eyes she shares a unique trait; a dark orange line crossing her nose and reaching down to her left lip. Her skin is a warm-pale and flawless so much as so she has been called the flower of Konohagakure; a priceless and expensive piece of the Yamanaka heritage.

unknown to even her own; she is an active member of the Shinobi Special Forces; and adorns a mask to match. Wrapped around her obi and in plain sight; she contains a dark red oni-mask. Often worn during rituals as a sign of her rite; it contains two small black slits going across the eyes and has a large frill of feathers blooming from the sides. A rare and often considered ugly mask; all in an attempt to hide what she is.

MENTALITY ►

inokōdai yamanaka is one of the most intelligent people alive in the sense of wisdom and information. Her entire life is about gathering it to further not only her goals but those that she chooses to work for. Making her an extremely valuable and well kept commodity among those of her village and clan. Rumored to even go as far as knowing the Hokage's darkest secrets. This may or may not be true, she is known as being the clan-head for good reason and is considered one of the most skilled Shinobi to populate the Konohagakure no Sato area.

not one to show off; she has kept most of what she knows a secret and has written it down in clan-scrolls that are sealed away in a vault that only two people know about. This is to keep their years of information a secret, and is often sought and killed over. Knowing your enemy is the key to victory; also known as the Yamanaka Code. She is known for traditional means, and often commences rituals and festivals as a part of it, and is known to be the head of the Flower Committee, and the primary founder of the monthly festival of rites or the festival of flowers that is held in the village square.

during this time, two Yamanaka and three other villagers are chosen to release a rare flower in the middle of a pond as a symbol of hope and peace. This rite is scared to the Yamanaka and it is considered a crime to Inokodai to interrupt this, and it is not wise to obtain the wrath of a woman who might know everything about you. During this festival she has been rumored as to blackmail the current village elders and leader into allowing the Yamanaka-active Shinobi a day off to partake.

inokōdai yamanaka is extremely perceptive; capable of catching the smallest details with little effort. This means she's the first one to notice anything wrong, and because of this she is extremely reactive and is known to be the first one to hold back. Not willing to sacrifice anyone for something not worth it; this has lead her to be known as a "coward" on the field but is in truth an act to lure an opponent into place where the advantage warrants no death on their side. Often halted by those with an aggressive attitude, she has patience and has been known to spend days tracking a Shinobi just to lure them in a location that could be miles away.

BACKGROUND►

inokōdai yamanaka is a young woman born in Konohagakure no Sato or the Village Hidden in the Leaves. She was raised along side her eldest brother, and sisters much like any Yamanaka child was but unlike them she was a quick learner so much so that she had begun to show immense progress at an extremely young age. Mastering, and even furthering her clan's most basic technique before even being placed into the academy. Even despite her siblings advanced ages they had not even begun to understand this yet.

her childhood was privileged, she was spoiled, taken care of and given anything and everything a child could want. While others wanted dolls, she wanted books, scrolls, ink and pen to write down countless stories and to record everything she saw about the world around her. This type of progress showed she had a unique knack even more so than her clan in gathering information. This often made her the target of bullies, and even elder Shinobi she had disturbed and made a fool of. This keeps her out of many social rings.

inokōdai yamanaka was considered a prodigy by her people, but despite their desires she was never one to focus on training once she was allowed to leave the homestead and instead "stalked" people in the sense that she would follow random strangers around and write down anything she saw them doing. This later evolved into stories, and eventually paintings and drawings. A rather strange habit but it quickly became a part time job by the age of nine. Drawing visitors on the street corner as well as playing soft melodies on a flute she had gained from the earnings.

She wasn't one for Shinobi life but as all Yamanaka before her, she was forced to go to the academy like her siblings. Albeit a bit older than usual. She took to it like a bat to blood (or so you say) and was quickly placed in an advanced class by the age of ten. Having surpassed even her classmates in a short while. This eventually leads to the opening you see now, and at the age of eleven when the usual lot were about to become a Shinobi. She was taken out of her class and placed into the A.N.B.U training courses. As before she took to it rather well, and made her family quite proud but instead of going on the usual D and C ranked missions, she was secretly heading out with the elites and mastering her own unique talents.

This continued from the age of twelve till the age of eighteen. Where she was promoted and given the title of Captain, an honorable and extremely prestigious title. Becoming Konohagakure's most informational Shinobi. She earned the right not only to lead but to control the outcome to various bits of her home. Alongside this, and the "official" promotion to Jounin, she took over as the Clan Head and continues to lead both lives to this day.

Daylighing as her people's head, and moving during the night as the village's information and assassination expert. This life has been strained but over time...she has come to understand why she must do this...it's to protect not only her home...but her people and everything they stand for.

The body's response to pain is false as the mind is the one who controls it. This is the key to the Yamanaka's true power; the complete control over their own mind. If you can control your mind, you can control the pain. Inokōdai Yamanaka is one such Shinobi; she has mastered the gateway into her own mind and as such can force her body to ignore the pains of her aching soul. Losing a finger proves nothing to her; she has mastered the means to force her body to deregister the pain and as such...good luck trying to torture her.

Yamanaka Clan Head

inokōdai yamanaka is the known Clan Head of the Yamanaka and is considered to be one of the most powerful to come out of the line in the last few generations. Proving she how masterful she is over the clans- techniques. Like most before her she has mastered each of the "known" clans-techniques and to such a degree that she is considered extremely dangerous even among her own kind.

Capable of using these techniques to the utmost of any known Yamanaka's abilities. The unique trait of this is the fact; she seems to be able to cast all of the known Yamanaka techniques with a single hand and with very few seals showing her extreme expertise in the field. While she doesn't seem to take an active regiment in training this technique she contented to the ways of her people.

A.N.B.U Information Specialist

inokōdai yamanaka is considered by those that truly know her as the greatest Information Expert and Gatherer to come out of the Yamanaka and the Konohagakure Village in the last hundred years. Her mind an inhuman tool, and her perception unmatched. To her information is key to all, and having that key is what makes her one step ahead of anyone else and that advantage means protecting her people and home. Capable of memorizing anything to a key; she has turned her own head into the perfect filling system.

When she sees something once or learns something it is never forgotten and can be called on at a moments whim. Making her one of the most knowledgeable Shinobi in Konohagakure; and so much so that she has sealed away a large portion of that knowledge into hundreds of scrolls hidden away in the Yamanaka's secret vault, with a unique seal being required to open them which requires the aid of a Yamanaka.

A.N.B.U Assassination Specialist

inokōdai yamanaka is an ambush and assassination expert; fusing both Genjutsu and Fuinjutsu to create various traps. She is known to spend days if she must to bring in and capture enemy Shinobi in her web. This makes her seem cowardly as she often features running and obvious traps to pull them into a "safe" guard. This allows her to effectively capture an enemy alive and gather information with ease.

Genjutsu Expert

inokōdai yamanaka is a Genjutsu-expert among her people. Using various types of illusions to ensnare her targets and quickly dispatch them or capture them for further information gathering. She uses a unique system and often seals or couples Genjutsu with additional moves to aid in the perfect ambush to ensure her advantage. While she isn't one to risk lives on such a thing, she often spends hours pulling a target to ensure survival. This is also coupled with her unique system of fusing musical notes with Genjutsu to extend and focus her range; allowing her to cast various techniques with an eerie melody.

Inhuman Mind

inokōdai yamanaka contains an unmatched mind set; her focus and talent for keeping information a secret is unmatched and such she has various safeguards locking away her innermost knowledge. Making it -extremely- difficult to tap into her head and learn what she knows. This allows her to withstand immense levels of information gathering through Genjutsu or other tactics, and offers a great show to her willpower as a Shinobi. She'll never let the world know what she does, and is willing to do anything to keep that information a secret.

This brings a note back to the large assortment of scrolls hidden among the Konohagakure; scattered in its walls and hidden from even the most knowledgeable Shinobi. Just what does she want to keep a secret?
