Due to Okuma's desire to be strong so that no one he cares for will ever have to be hurt, he tries his best to keep his body well in shape. As such he can usually be found working out at least three times a week if not five or six. This in turn causes his body to be so rippled in muscle that its rumored he might even have strong muscle down there. Okuma's preferred style of clothing is somewhat of a style to make him look badass. Okuma wears loose fitting black trousers that allow him maximum mobility while being held to his waist with a black belt. These trousers fall over the long black shafts of his shinobi standard combat boots that stay fastened to his legs with a series of four buckles. Over top of all of this, Okuma likes to wear a long black trench coat that when all buckled up looks more like it was supposed to be a trench coat version of s strip jacket with the ridiculous amount of buckles that are carried across the front and the two buckles on either sleeve. For decoration, around his waist Okuma wears two wore belts, one worn crookedly to the right and the other a small bit lower than the useful belt and crooked up towards his left hip. These belts at times seem to function as holders for the twin blades of Kiba, but it is not all entire certain if that is true or not. Another item Okuma wears is a black eye patch over his right eye, or rather what was once his right eye. The mere birth of the child being too much for Hokori to handle, the kunoichi soon passed afterwards leaving the infant under the care of his father. However, having been born in a time of war and strife, his father was forced to return to combat on one condition. He wanted to ensure his son a good future of being a strong shinobi capable of eliminating his enemies and striking fear in the hearts of all whom dare opposed him. As such he struck a deal with the Mizukage of the time. Allow his son to grow up under the care of his good friend and current Kiba weilder, Raihana, and he would more than gladly depart for the battlefield. He was allowed this one wish, and as such Akuma left for the battlefield with no remorse, however was never to return. It was unclear as to what happened to Akuma on the battlefield, however, it was rumored that he possibly succumbed to the pure numbers of his enemies of the field and perished by their hand. Okuma never learned of his father's disappearance mainly because his care taker never really thought it too much of importance to tell the boy since he never truly knew what a parent's love was like. As such she never told him anything about his parents unless he asked her, and he didn't even begin doing that until he was about ten, and it had been long before that that Okuma had considered Raihana his one true mom, and even long before that that she had begun training him to fight. Okuma had been training to fight ever since the first day he could walk. At first training was simple endurance and balance for the boy since, of course, he had just started walking, but not long after that he had begun to learn how to do all sorts of things such as punch and kick and tumble. By the time Okuma turned four years old he had already become quite good at fighting and surviving, somewhat, on his own in the forest. It was at this point that Raihana started to teach the boy in the ways of the sword, and Okuma took to it like a natural. Okuma learned how to fight with a sword long before he ever knew anything about ninjutsu or genjutsu, and before that he learned everything he could about fighting with his fists. As such, it was no surprise when he was entered into the academy at the age of five that the boy turned out to have quite the strong distaste for ninjutsu and a stronger one for genjutsu. In fact his distaste was so strong for genjutsu that he often made a point to simply not even listen through the lessons taught in class for them and either fell asleep or laid his head on his desk with his ears plugged. He simply abhored the idea of someone possibly controlling his mind. In due time Okuma did, however, learn how to use ninjutsu. One of the main reasons for this, despite his distaste for the art, was because of the persistance of his care taker. She insisted to him that it would be important for him on down the line in the future, and despite the boy not listening most of the time, managed to convince him otherwise in the end by threatening to kill him if he didn't comply. Okuma went to graduate from the shinobi academy at the age of twelve like most kids his age. In class he was just about average in every category except taijutsu where he exceled. However instead of being placed on a genin team he was placed in a mentorship with Raihana as his teacher and one other student as his teammate. Okuma and Raihana already had a bit of a relationship going since she had been caring for him his entire life, however when she started to ignore him more and more and pay more attention to the other kid, Okuma grew jealous. He started to grow to hate his mentor and the other kid, and eventually after putting up with these antics for three years decided he had enough of it. Raihana was his mother figure, his teacher, not this brat's. He would teach him to learn his place. So Okuma, whom at this point had been training himself heavily on his own, challenged the other kid to what would be a death match. At first the other kid refused saying he didn't have the time of day to give Okuma, however he couldn't continue to refuse when Okuma challenged him for the right to be the next wielder of Kiba. "What? I thought you said you had no interest in the twin fangs." He turned towards the robust teenager, his steel blue eyes cold and hard. He placed his hand on the hilt of his katana as he gave Okuma nothing but a stinging pain of chill. "You're right, I don't give a shit for them, but, I cannot allow filth such as you ever lay hands on them. I'll teach you to know your place brat, or die trying." "Oh a death match. Fine, but you'll regret those words little bear." Raihana had been witness to the entire altercation between her two pupils and did nothing to stop them, in fact quite the opposite, she knew that they would have to fight sooner or later and as such she actually prompted them to go at it. So they did and boy did they have the fight of a life time. For a while they clashed with their swords, the sounds of metal clanging would echo through the village near by and bring attention to them. However no one bothered to stop them, for just the sight of Raihana struck the sense of knowledge into their hearts. These boys were fighting for right. For life. For pride. At some point into the fight both of them lost grip on their swords causing their blades to clash and go flying, and when the blue haired boy tried to retrieve his blade, Okuma attacked him with fists. As soon as his back turned Okuma closed the gap between them and aimed a powerful punch to Tsukuro's back side. Having lowered his guard for even a moment, the blue haired boy was plowed into the ground with such force that caused him to cry out in pain if only for a moment. Okuma was not a beast, however, and thus at least allowed Tsukuro the chance to get up and defend before continuing his pursuit. From the left, from the right, from below, and even behind, anywhere Okuma could attack from he did. He proved his might here. He had been training his Taijutsu to such unbelievable levels. Tsukuro could not keep up. Okuma broke his guard left and right and he simply took the punches to whatever area the teenager happened to be aiming at. "So he's been training himself. Good," one of the on-lookers looked over at the SSM, Raihana, whom had commented on Okuma's improvement. There was a slim smirk on the woman's face and the man could tell then, that she knew just who would come out victorious. Meanwhile Okuma delivered a left hook to Tsukuro's face sending the boy flying back towards and even past the katanas. It took Tsukuro several long minutes to get back up to his feet. At this point he was sputtering and coughing. Okuma took his time closing the gap between Tsukuro and himself, and when he reached the katanas he collected both of them now holding one in his right hand and the other in his left. As he closed the distance between himself and Tsukuro the boy began to back up out of fear. Not because of what he knew was to come, but because of the utterly cold and heartless look on Okuma's face. He was terrified. "That boy," Raihana began to speak as blood splattered everywhere via Okuma beheading Tsukuro, "Really is Akuma's son." After the fight, Raihana began to once more train Okuma. This time however they began to focus more on nature manipulation and strength training. As such over the progress over the next three years Okuma learned how to manipulate his innate chakra affinity of raiton, and not only that, but entered in and managed to pass the chuunin exams with flying colors. So at the age of eighteen, Okuma was at long last a chuunin, As a Chuunin, Okuma began to take more responsibility on his part. He began to partake in a lot of missions for the village, mostly involving killing or stealing. In his free time he made sure to train his body and techniques, and would continue to do so as he fell into a routine for the next three years. By the time Okuma was twenty-one he had improved greatly with Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. In fact, he seemed to even specialize in Kenjutsu by this point as he had taken to fighting with two blades ever since he fought Tsukuro. Soon he took on the title of Fang of the Mist, not because he was likely to be the next Kiba, but because he was like a fang always ready and willing to strike. In Okuma's twenty-second year he was admitted to take the jounin exam, and while it proved to be a rather arduous challenge, Okuma did manage to do a lot better off than many of the other candidates attending. In the end, Okuma and one other chuunin became jounin by the end of the exams. As a graduation ceremony for the adult, Raihana treated Okuma to barbecue before finally deciding to part ways with him. He would have to figure out his path on his own from now on, however, if he truly needed help, she could perhaps direct him the right way. Thus, Raihana finally went back to the full duty of a swordsman of the mist and a kunoichi. Okuma continued on to spend the next three years bettering himself as well as taking on more elite challenges with missions. As such, Okuma began to take on missions where he knew fighting would be involved. This was mainly as a test to himself to continue to better himself and as a result of it, at the age of twenty-five, he bit off more than he could chew. He and his squad mates were taking on an S-Ranked Crime Lord when he finally decided to stop toying around with the shinobi. He was not alone, he had an A-Ranked accomplice and with Okuma was his teacher Raihana. Raihana and Okuma split up their forced to take the two on. Raihana went for the crime lord and Okuma went for the accomplice. However, everything went down the drain. A long battle waged between Raihana and the crime lord. All of Raihana's men were slaughtered like swine leaving the battered woman to take on the man by herself. However in a last stitched effort, she used one of her most powerful techniques to take the man out, and the crime lord did the same. It was needless to say, they pierce each other's hearts. Things weren't much better on Okuma's end. His men were killed one by one. However the accomplice, a rather immodest woman, seemed to take a strange liking to Okuma. So she, even though she out classed him quite a bit, took her time with him. She used a technique that caused his body to go numb, mostly anyway, and then, began to bruise and batter him. She whipped him while giggling. She scarred him while licking her lips, and when her master was killed, she took her frustration out on him by claiming a prize. His right eye. With the loss of his right eye and his mentor, Okuma went into an all out rage. He used his will to break the technique forcing his body to be numb and pushed back the she devil with brute strength. Then, he took to wielding the twin blades of Kiba. Immediately upon touching the blades he felt that he could win. He felt like his mentor was watching over him, giving him the strength to fight. Thus he charged in full steam ahead and while she was stumbling over from his sudden push, he beheaded her. After the incident it took him a week to return to Kirigakure after a full day of burning his comrades' bodies to make sure no one could collect any information from them. Upon returning to Kirigakure, beaten and battered, he reported the mission's details to the Kage and then went to the hospital to have his wounds looked at. Ultimately the mission over all was a success, but it couldn't have felt any more like a failure to him. Not only that, but now the Kage had given him rightful permission to keep the Kiba. He couldn't have felt more... strange about the situation. After the incident, Okuma began to sport an eye patch over his right socket and also started to carry the twin fang blades where ever he went. Furthermore he started to train his body more heavily than ever before, never wanting to feel that at loss ever again. That was, three years ago now. Special Traits ► physical |||EXTREME SPEED||| While he may not be the fastest in the world, Okuma is still extremely quick compared to many others out there. Going at top speed he can even seemingly vanish into thin air. |||RAGING POWER||| Because of all of the training Okuma does with his body to keep it fit, fighting him hand to hand isn't much better than when he's armed as he is capable of hitting extremely hard and fast. However he doesn't seem to be at the level of strength where he can create craters in the ground although he can make a decent sized crack in rock, and possibly knock down a large tree. ► special |||STRONG FIST PRACTITIONER||| In order to keep himself well and fit, Okuma devoted himself to learning how to fight with the strong fist style.
