Ochitsuka Mizu is inhumanly calm, cautious and precise. Known rather well for his luster attitude, and laid back personality around his students but known well by his superiors for his true mentality and skills. Ochitsuka is an assassin, that is all. Nothing more and nothing less, his entire life is centered around this and as such certain traits are noticed when he wants them to be.
More or so, his extreme dedication to precise training, and inhuman methods. The simplest being that everyone of his students must face a period of adjustment and by that he means. Poisoning them, in hopes they'll be able to fight by his side. The truth is, he hides a small amount of non-lethal but potent venom in their food and drinks, and makes them train shortly afterwards to get it flowing through their blood. At that point, the training is over and they go about their business but in truth. They are being tortured and driven mad.
Only a few students pass this, and he is known for his cruelty in that manner but no one he has ever trained has knowledge of this. Making it highly secretive, the reason for this is due to the fact he uses various methods of poison in battle and does not want his students falling so quickly to it.
Ochitsuka is also known to be secretive, hiding his face, changing his smell, and even changing how he moves his body every so often to keep himself a mystery. As well as keeping his mannerism of combat under close wraps, his goals, dreams, and even his true name. Making him a never ending and changing variable in the system but one thing is clear, he has a strong passion for his home, his students, and is more than willing to die and suffer any pains to keep it safe.
Unnatural fortitude, and willpower. Willing to suffer the most horrid actions in the world with but one thing to say. "Is that it?," this coupled with his extreme intelligence, and knowledge of the human body makes him lethal. His unnatural accuracy, and precision, a weapon, and his sheer determination. One thing is clear about this man, if he wants to stop you...he will stop you or die trying.

APPEARANCE,
Ochitsuka adorns a standard issued pair of training-pants; cotton black and slacked around his knees but tightened around high thighs and ankles for comfort and maneuverability. Water-proof, fire proof and suited for any environmental condition known to man. Sand, water, snow, and even fire itself. While these are standards for him, he couples them with overlapping straps of leather forming from his waist and connecting to his knees.
With two buckles on each side, these serve as guards and are useful to keep his clothing fixed. His shoes are the same manner; strapped on, and high-ankle and moving down to his toes; black cotton & rubber dashiki shoes also known as rubber soles. Fixed around for open toes.
This is the primary base for his outfit. He also wears a chest-length black mask and turtle neck. No sleeves/shoulders and stopping just under his nose. Made out of the same material as his pants but with slits cut along the nose to allow easy breathing. The attire continues around his forehead with the same material finishing the job at coating everything but his hair line. Dark-brown eyes, and long locks of silver/white hair flow down his back. Three large bangs on his left and two on his right; reaching down to his waistline. Give him a unique and suitable appearance.
Under the mask however he shares the unique traits of a few distinctive clans in Kirigakure and that is his extended and slightly sharpened teeth-line but more so just his canines that extend slightly more than usual.

HISTORY,
Ochitsuka was born just outside Tanzaku Quarters or "Town" a small location in the Land of Fire; he was born to two unknown parents as he was...left for dead among the common trash. Found and raised by "street rats and thieves" he was given a harsh childhood, and was raised from "birth" to rob/steal to survive. That was his entire life as a child, to survive he had to kill, steal, and plunder anything he could find. Kidnapping, and muggings were extremely common as he joined the ranks of the other thugs, and criminals among the lot.
Prostitution, and gambling his life. Death, and killing his forte. With so many active gamblers, and people seeking comfort this was a common ground for his "brotherhood" and he spent most of his life here. From the age of "one" to twelve where he was implanted from a common street hood to a full grown and "mature" member of the family. Given a name, and rite to act in their favor.
Seeing this as a high honor, his first act as a "made man" was attacking, and killing a den of rival members. Blood, guts and gore splattered across the rice walls, and bodies drug out into the streets as a massage yet no one ever heard a single scream, or so much as any racket to show an attack had been made. Having spent his life under the "thumb" of his "father" he quickly showed his loyalty, and began striking down, and removing anything that stood in their path.
Quickly earning a name for himself even among the gifted and skillful dons. At the age of fifteen, he was brought before the head of the family under the grounds of a charge. During a mission just weeks before, he refused to obey a direct command and turned on his handle. Slaughtering him in front of a dozen witnesses. Not hiding it, he pleaded guilty and faced his fate like a man. However, instead of death he was banished and kicked from the brothers.
Left for nothing, he wandered the world for some time. Eventually finding himself in Kirigakure a year later. Given a chance at a new life, he joined among the ranks of the Shinobi and entered into the "academic" phase. Knowing nothing of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, he was forced into a years length of grueling and embarrassing classes to ensure he had the proper understanding. Before being allowed into the world of a Ninja.
Quickly being remarked for his immense talents, and skill over the human body/and mastery of projectile weapons. He was introduced into a squad with two other "masterful" students despite being the eldest, he showed signs of extreme protection, and loyalty to them all. Treating them closely like family, and showing the utmost respect to the commanding official. Being remarked for his strength, and forte in each and every mission.
He was allowed, along with his squad to take part in the Chunin'exams and as they did. Entered into the written documentation phase only to find himself stumped, his skull cracking and his brain melting from the pressure but he remembered his life before, his talents, his focus, his new goals, and life. His eyes locked onto the man before him, and his hand seemed to do the rest. So perfectly copied, it even matched his signature style, and pressure. Hmm, not bad for a late bloomer eh?
Passing onto the "misty forest" he was placed into a slot on the east bank near a shore of water. They had to locate others, and remove their scrolls with hostile or none hostile actions. It seemed so natural to him; his mind took over, his squad close behind. Nothing being left behind, not even a sound as they blended with the shadows of the world. Locating target after target, eyes never leaving them as they searched for their goal.
It hit them like a ton of bricks, a squad of three, one wounded, and it had what they needed. The sound of dozens of needles striking the ground; blood gushing out of the corpse of a young boy. The once perfectly glorious green foliage soaked with crimson red, and firebrick chunks. The two dropped down, moved in and circled them. Wounded gone, and the two remained....he simply waited.
The battle began, technique after technique, movement after movement and he simply watched it unfold. He wanted to see what they could do, if required to charge in. It was over in a few moments, two freshly slaughtered corpses on the ground, and a pocketed scroll in their hands. After that it was a blur, the motion of the trees fused with the dark mist. The building and the eventual lecture accompanied by the promotion.
Pretty easily fit, but it didn't last for long. Shortly after he entered into the medical corps and began his new life in the fray. Placed into R&D due to growing interest and knowledge in poison, he was allowed freedoms to enjoy and was given privacy. He enjoyed it, the silence of his work, and before he knew it. He was promoted from a trainee to a full blown medical-nin, and eventually even more so into the second in chief.
With this growing understanding he soon branched out and wished to begin training those who flooded the world. He wanted to become a teacher, standing before the Mizukage he offered his notion, and three years later he was promoted into the man he is today.

UNIQUE TRAITS
Weaponist
Ochitsuka is a master weaponist; capable of nearly unmatched levels of extreme accuracy and unnoticed movements. His entire life is based around this art and he is considered the don. Capable of using any known throwing weapon with extreme ease and adapting to any situation because of this, Kunai, Shuriken, and Senbon are his tools and he the lord. Because of this, he is able to throw weapons with extreme levels of speed, accuracy and in the most flawed body positions. Allowing him to catch most prey off guard.

[/size]Medical Knowledge & Poison Expertise
Ochitsuka is a poison expert, and uses such feats with his unique fighting style. Allowing him to slowly and even kill his prey in haste without ever being seen. This coupled with his knowledge of the human body makes him extremely deadly, and dangerous when known but due to his unique life style and senses about combat. He is rarely seen, moving like a shadow among the flock.
This is added due to his years of usage, he has become immune to most common grounds of poison due to trial and error but at a cost. His physical body's stamina is limited and his tanks literally cut down to 75% of it's normal reserves due to the damage it has done to his body. Making him easily tried when pushed past his limits.
This added with his extensive knowledge of the human body, pressure points, organs, and vitals. Allows him to expertly strike and connect with vital areas to cause immense damage with little effort. This being the prime behind his style.

Due to Ochitsuka's fighting style he is commonly known to ambush or trap targets through the usage of various tools, and weapons. This has become a trademark and he is known to be relatively skilled in this art form, willing to drive a target for days into a single perfectly placed location. Not only this but he shows a high level of aptitude with the usage of doton/earth style ambush and assassination techniques.
