Waokīngu stands at a mere 5'7" (five foot and seven inches) high and dons a lush head of black (near-brown) hair and often keeps it swirled back and in a fashion-rope. (small top-bun with bangs) She wears what you could call a harem-styled outfit. Over-baggy, and heavy looking around the arms and "flake" or (cape) it's near see-through and is made of hard silk and cotton. The top being loose around the shoulders, and wrists to offer comfortable movement range, and the center or torso general being tightly clenched and formed to her frame to allow comfortable movement and reaction without tearing or breaking of the small clamp beads around her chest or the warm black pearls fixed into the small white cotton band that forms around her lower-torso. The center-form of her torso wrapped with a small black lace belt that forms around the waist and slowly wraps around the stomach multiple times before clamping off into an X over the belly button. Going further down. She dons an evenly strange set of under-clothing. (waist and below) Wearing what you could call a simple black-silk harem style pant set. Lightly tightened around the waist and extremely lose around the thighs and knees before slowly tightening up downwards and at the ankles. Nearly falling off without proper care. She is known to don a "rog" or a small flap of cotton over the mid-section as a style/accessory for battle due to it's allotment of concealed objects. The rog donning a small symbol matching that of a back-wards E merged with an upside down A and a G in the center. Surrounded by a spiked circular flare of saws and vines. Around her ankles she wears a standard rope-set connecting to a pair of hard-wooden and rice straw sandals. Covered with a thick black silk-cotton that contains the full set and offers immense warmth and comfort from the elements. A single black gem located in the center of each toe piece. Taught the most basic of manners and the usual child-like wonders of the world. Given lessons through simple "tasks" such as building blocks, word games and flash cards. The usual "trying to make your child a genius" route. It was quite fun to be honest. Wao was given the utmost advantages because of this but never really "openly" caught on to the tasks. Racing ahead in her mind, she ignored the world around her and simply went on and about her business with little concern for anyone else wanted. This leaving her as the "least liked" child of the bunch and simply forgotten as time went on. Still treated as a spoiled brat, she was given anything and everything she ever wanted. That usually being a dime-store pet fish and a small glass container for it to live in for it's meager two week life-span, and it eventually passing away due to well. It's a carnival Goldfish. They usually die in a week anyway. Each time her family noticed it had gone. They replaced it and Wao was never the wiser. This all happened in repeated fashion till the day she saw it. She woke up early to go to the bathroom and saw him. Mr. Fishy had died, and it broke her little heart. Crying for what felt like weeks. She eventually settled up on an idea. Her big brothers were doing it and so would she! She would become a Shinobi! and build a giant land where all the fish could go and be free from this imprisoned life! A place where no one would ever hurt them. Pre-Genin & Academy Wao at the age of six took to the academy like a moth to flames, she went in and did -everything- she was asked and did it at a level that very few had ever seen. Run ten laps? Done, do one hundred push-ups? DONE! Wao was a quick study and faster learner, and was able to take pace so well that she was eventually placed into an advanced class and even given special permissions. That's when it all went down hill. Personally selected for her own selective tutor. She eventually began to span off and soon forgot to even go to class. Often forcing her tutor to hunt her down, and this quickly become problematic. Wao however continued her spoiled ways and ducked class each time to visit a nearby pond where she happily swayed in the water & and fed the fish each and every single day. Happy with the motions of freedom offered by the waving waters and the winds around them. Each day she did this, and every day her tutor came by and dragged her off to practice. Never really being a sociable young woman. She cut off the outside world and simply continued her routine. Training, School, and Visiting her own special little pond. It was perfect. It all went as the time line suggested and as quickly as she began was she placed into the graduation exam, and shortly after given her own headband. At the age of nine. Genin Finally spanning into a full fledged Shinobi. Wao was placed into a what you would call "extra" training class, and was given soft-core missions and taught among the masses of other just recently graduating classes in preparation for joining a squad. Wao having already felt what it was like to have freedom continued her off-brand type of nature, and soon spaced out of class completely. Every time she was hunted down, this continued for what felt like 3 years of time. By the age of twelve she had been so outcast by the various teachers and tutors that she had been given up on. Qualified as the most spaced out and hard to train Genin to have -ever- lived. She was given her own reign of freedom and eventually fell back into doing simple D ranked missions most of her time, and picking up the slack work. This not being much of a problem as it offered her much welcomed free time to visit that little pond nearby. By the age of fifteen she had been focused on her routine for years. Till the point the nearby-housing companies decided to expand and eventually tear down and build over her beloved pond. This yet again causing her to feel the emotional tragedy she had felt as a child. Missing the freedom and passion of that small way of water. She began to open up, and expand socially out and into the village. Seeking one last chance to redeem herself and to live out her goal. Building up as much of a reputation as she could over the last few years. Now simply waiting for a chance to prove it. Taken in by a rather unproven squad. Wao was given the chance she desired and allowed to begin filling higher tier missions. Spanning out for several years as she flushed out and focused on her standing reputation. Wao was slowly becoming a noticed young Kunoichi in the village. Genin -> Chuunin Wao was quickly taken in for her extreme focus, and dedication to a well....strange little goal that fueled her desires. Spending most if not all her spare time building a small skirt on the outskirts of the village to place fish, and other marine-like animals. She quickly took a liking to water, and slowly became known as one of the greatest fish-fronda information specialist. Capable of calling out most species on sight, and show just a bit of information on what they could do. This quickly became a noticing point for her and helped her span out due to the medical usage each little fish could be used for. Wao was approached with a chance to continue forward and into the ranking system by rite of combat. Wao however declined as combat-was the reaching point for her and combat without true reason wasn't one to be done. This was the ending point due to refusal but slowly the elders and teachers began to overlook her unusual denial, and her particular skill increase over such a short period of time. They felt it was about time she was forced into new responsibilities as a chance to further bolster her skills back to once they were. Thus a new saga begins.

Swordsman Sukii is a strange young woman and due to a unique mental connection, and emotional standing with peace, and waving motion. She is know as one of the most-agile and self confident swords woman in Kumogakure. Capable of drawing a sword and "becoming one" with it as a standing for the ability to fade away all outside interference and focus only on the world she feels around her. That being several feet. To her, nothing is left but her, the feel of the blade, the sound of metal, and the twitch of foot against ground, and the eventual cut into the flesh of what ever is in her way.

That Strange Mind Wao or Sukii is extremely intelligent in a manner that is very difficult to understand. Often memorizing things she didn't mean or simply learning things by watching, forgetting she knew them or saw them and just remembering it later. This refers to the pattern of learning without attempting to learn and is often on terms with things such as photographic memories or sudden bursts of intense thought, and processing abilities. Sukii features this ability in the unique trait to super-learn or learn at an overly impressive speed.

(Often considered on Genius Level) Granting the ability to learn mostly anything none-related to a selective topic nearly instantly. Such as memorizing a voice, a particular pattern of movements or how something works by simply seeing it once and quickly bringing it back to focus later. This works extremely well when attempting to learn a new language, how to lip read or when studying facial expressions, and things of that nature or simply aiding in the prediction of movements seen before.
