She wears a large-over hanging cloak over her body; made of hard to find wek silk with a slim purple lining across the bottom. This cloak covers her shoulders, body, and ends around her ankles. Where a pair of "dress" shoes can be seen; black in coloring with a hard-wooden and rubber sole. A slim purple ribbon tied around the ankle-line. Underneath this; she wears a slim white dress-vest over a long sleeved and silk shirt. - this shirt is fixed around her neck; and has a long neck that's folded backwards. A slim "Texan" like purple tie is fixed around it. The vest that's overlapping it has four silver buttons that fasten on the left side. Heading south a bit; she wears a knee-length black skirt that has a small purple line going up the right helm. A bit further and you see a pair of knee-high white socks, and a small black ribbon around her left ankle. This isn't the strangest piece of her attire. She adorns a massively pointy-two foot tall black hat that has a white band fastened around it. - this hat is made out of extremely durable double layered cotton with a hard rubber base. It always seems to stay pointed. - with all this out of the way; she has a slim-tanned figure and daring black eyes. Her cheeks are flushed with three slim black lines on each side and she often curls her lips much like a cat with an outstretched paw/hand. Despite this, she has an -extremely- agile looking body that even if she wanted, she can't stand still long enough to measure her own weight. She stands at 6 foot" and has dark-black hair, that reaches down to the top of her rear/lower back. - senka has contains a strange cat-like form. Also known as her most commonly seen form/appearance. A slim brown cat with a lean body type; wearing her hat and a black iwagakure headband around the trim. A purple bell-collar with a yellow jingle bell and a black ribbon on her tail. A soft-white under trim, and sharply tuned ears. She has a set of black whiskers extending from her cheeks/nose. Her collar has her full name in emeralds lining the back, and she has soft white pads on her feet. - a black nose; and a small fluff of white on the end of her long tail.

- senka is an extremely playful Kunoichi from Iwagakure; and is known as such throughout the village. Despite her reputation, she doesn't always run around after butterflies. She's a stern, and extrem- ok I lied. Senka is cute, bubbly, and overall a general cuteness to be around. While this is obvious; she is also stern at times and can be extremely commanding while using this as a ruse. Known to her own people as an adorable, and strange young woman. In truth, she is extremely intelligent, cunning, graceful, and focused on everything around her.

- perceptive to a fault, she can notice the slightest change around her and quickly react to it. Making her extremely agile, and very dangerous. This may be her some of the time, but the rest of her time, she's "lazy" and spends most of her time sleeping around, and laying about on the job but she isn't one to fret. She'll be the first to act, and the last to leave when a comrade is in danger..mainly because she'll pass out from boredom. Senka requires a never ending constant change to keep focused otherwise she grows bored and at times, even leaves during a fight due to the fact it's grown to such a period.

- while senka is usually catty about things, she does have her moments where she's actually focused and is usable for something other then sleeping or hearing the latest gossip. Another fun note is her love of the current Tsuchikage or Hiryuu's comfortable head. The best place in Iwagakure to take a nap, and if it's hat is applied. Nice and quiet, gotta love cat naps.

- another little note is her love of stories; nothing better to get her sleepy then hearing a nice bed time story or stories about other shinobi. This being a high point in her life, and she usually forces/commands the current leader to read for her before she falls asleep. While this is a common sight; she has a large love of nature and nature for her. You often see dozens of cats following her around; meowing as she does in perfect tune or simply following her around and watching people who come near her before striking. Rumor has it, she has a highly trained feline group of Anbu-Kitties...beware.

HISTORY/BACKGROUND

-; senka was born inside of Iwagakure to a Seni Maeda and a Majiru Maeda. She was raised up as most children were; given the utmost care and pretty much spoiled rotten. Given anything and everything she could ever want, toys, books, candy, and animals. She gained bad attributes and attitude at a young age, and due to this, and became a heavily disliked child among the others. This leaves her often alone and by herself with nothing but the strays that flooded the streets. She found a great solemn in this and eventually ended up taking around twenty stray cats home with her one day.

-; her family surprised but "caring" they allowed her to keep them, and soon these strays were fat-and healthy house cats that ran around a twenty five acre yard outside of iwagakure as they pleased and were treated like little kings and queens. Senka couldn't have been happier, and had what you might call the perfect life despite being unsociable. Her family soon decided it was time for her to become an active, and respectable member of society like her father had been, and was placed into the academy.

-; she didn't find much hate in this only the fact she had to spend her life cooped up in a room for hours per day and lacked the freedom. This wasn't that bad but for her it was like a burning stick was being shoved in her heart; she hated it...she really hated it. Every day, every moment she flinched and twisted. She waited for that moment where she could run about outside and be free.

-; this was most of her time at the academy, she made a few friends, and was often invited to play but she wasn't any better than the others. In fact because of how she acted/ she rarely learned anything and was forced to redo classes and homework. This leaving her behind compared to the others and was the reason she had to spend two extra-years in the academy. Which only made her suffering worse.

-; at the age of thirteenth, she managed to finally graduate, and become a part of a Shinobi squad. This changed her life; allowed to leave the village (at times) and given more freedom she quickly grew into a young Shinobi in a short while. With her mind no longer in the gutter; she quickly advanced in the standings and soon became a known name among the village. Graceful, skilled and an expert in the Shunshin-technique. She became known as one of the adepts.

-; she loved this attention but never forgot about her feline friends, sneaking off at times to feed, and take in strays. She soon found them following her around where ever she went, and she never wanted that to change. Even when she left the village for those important missions, she always found felines in other villages that seemed to know her. She thought it was strange but didn't think anything of it.

-; then one day, they approached with a small scroll in their teeth. It spoke...

"Senka-chan...for the kindness you have shown, we wish to give you this...our contract,"

-; in a static voice all she could do was say yes, they had given her not only friends but a new life. Shortly after that; she was taken in, and divided from the rest of her village. Spending her time with the strays and homeless. She was taught everything, how to climb, leap, hunt, act cute, and sleep. The felines had taken her from her home, and to a paradise of sunlit cat naps, and freedom. During this time she felt the form of a feline fit her; freedom and no restraint, allowed to do as she wished. It was at this point she began to take form into what she is most commonly seen as now. A feline Shinobi.

-; from the age of fifteen till the age of twenty-four she stayed with them. Her mother dying of illness, and her father killed in battle. She was alone...alone with her feline friends. They helped her master her emotions, how to feel, how to live. While she never truly mastered what they wished to teach her; she left with the wisdom they had given her, and went back to her home in hopes that she would be able to protect the others.

-; on the day she returned; she was given a choice by the newly appointed Tsuchikage; having seen something in her. She was given a chance to enter the upcoming Chunin Exams with a newly established squad (not really new, just not as experienced.) This giving her a chance to make up for the time she missed in the village and a chance to further her career. Using this, she entered into the village's idea of the examinations.

-; tested in mental, and physical prowess she was placed in a classroom like are and made to run through hundreds of questions. All while slowly driving the young freedom loving feline Kunoichi mad with boredom! She had -no- clue what the hell any of the answers were and so, she simply fell asleep and napped through the entire quiz-selection of the exam. Writing a few random answers down; and some doodles.

-; with nothing else to do she was placed into the second part of the exams, and thrown into a massive rocky-mountain area to do battle with other squads. Given her freedom; she quickly tired out her -own- squad by them attempting to keep up with her energy; running circles around them quite often. She eventually grew bored with the lack of any "fun" and ended up going to a nearby river to fish for well fish.

-; coming back to see her squad in battle; she pounced from behind, and hugged one of the other iwagakure squad's Genin's into submission while her squad quickly disabled the other two. Searching the pouch, they were saddened not to find what they needed and quickly continued on towards the center-building.

-; yet again she spent what felt like hours ahead of her comrades, "scouting" or performing recon. Only stopping to alert them of the dangers. It was perfect; she scouted around and they carried her on their heads. Balance, and cat naps! She spent 25% of the time scouting about, 15% of the time fighting and the rest of the time snoring under a Genin's hat. Nothing better in life.

-; having managed to find the center-building. Her squad waited outside, and ambushed a soon coming in Kusagakure-team. Hitting from the side; it was over quickly, and their bag was filled with fish...mm...fish, oh and some scroll. The others were pretty joyed, and with that they entered the building. Being some of the few to make it through; shortly after a few moments of talking.

-; some crying, and lectures. They left that building "adult" Shinobi, and as requested by the Tsuchikage. She was promoted to his second in command, and became his personal assistant. Spending her life napping under his hat; and raising shinobi and ninken relations. The streets have never been cleaner from trash, strays, and other nocturnal animals. Nothing promotes loyalty like a good home and food.

- while senka is in this mode, a massive change happens. Her body is covered in fur; and becomes more feral/cat like. Whiskers, a massive tail, large teeth and six inch claws flood from her fingers and toes. Orange-fur, and black stripes cover her body head to toe and her hair extends past her legs. Wild, and spiked outwards in a wild state. Eyes slit, and and her face takes on a more cat like appearance.

- everyone knows that cats are extremely agile and react very quickly to what's happening around them. This is no different for Senka; while in her sage mode her senses are heightened even further. Allowing her to pick up even the smallest change in wind currents, the air, and movements being caused by objects around her. Allowing her to very quickly react to things at the very last moment; this enhanced by her graceful and agile movements.

- this added with the sensitive whiskers and the perfect balance given with them. Allowing her to land on her feet no matter the type of drop; and the warp in balance negating the "tunnel vision" caused by moving at high speeds. This isn't the only thing, her tail contains muscles as strong as she is and can be used for surprise attacks, blocking, and most actions a normal person could do. Allowing for a "5th" limb.

- as well as the ability to see in the dark; focus her vision in and enhance her own natural senses by cutting off another one for a short moment. The enhanced stamina, and muscular system to greatly boost leaping/jumping and allowing her to bend, and move in ways very few people could.

Capable of moving at a rate in which her body begins to blur.

- this added with her high levels of strength, endurance and stamina. Makes her one deadly cat. She is capable of breaking stone with a single strike, shatter bone, and tear apart the most durable shields with little effort. While she doesn't realize it; she often holds herself back so that she can play with prey much like a cat does a mouse. Making her unpredictable at times.

- not only this but her reaction and perception are extremely advanced; able to react to the slightest thing around her and do so with precise movements. Bringing a high notice to her grace, and agile body type.

- senka has extremely keen sense, hearing, sight, smell, and taste all heightened to extreme levels. Making her extremely sensitive to sound but allowing her to react more easily to that around her. While this is a passive-trait, she is capable of reducing her sensitivity by introducing chakra but this isn't something she enjoys doing. While her sight is enhanced, she is capable of seeing in pitch-black surroundings much like a cat; seeing in a night vision like state.

Sorry, I have a couple of issues with this that need addressing...

Manaku contains an immense amount of spiritual and physical energy to bolster her bodies inhuman levels of power; so much so that her Chakra can be seen in a visible state when she allows it all to flood from her body.

With B-Rank Chakra Reserves? I think not. Please either remove this or increase CR to A-Rank+

While this may be the case; she rarely tried to meld it correctly and usually goes about wasting a large sum of it.

Yet she has B-Rank Chakra Control? Exactly the same rank, in fact, as her Chakra Reserves... Both are distinctly average for a Jōnin, making this entire ability completely nonsensical.

Manaku has been seen now only being able to dish it out but take it. She contains an inhuman level of reaction; and can quickly avoid or move out of the way of the most hastened actions.

At C-Rank Shunshin? Again, this makes no sense. Remove or adjust Shunshin to A-Rank.

She has mastered a technique known as Meisaigakure no Jutsu to such a degree that her very being vanishes from this world. This allowing her to not only mask her scent, shadow, sound, and presence (other than sound) but her chakra as well. Making her extremely difficult to find even to sensory-ninja and those with Doujutsu.

At the moment, this is too much, especially since its limits are so vaguely described. Add in that a three Tomoe Sharingan, B-Rank KG Byakugan or A-Rank sensing can detect her. In addition, note that with an increase in Ninjutsu skill, this ability can improve to only Mangekyō Sharingan, A-Rank KG Byakugan or S-Rank sensing can detect her. Also, note that at this rank even infrared/heat won't reveal her presence. Contact-type sensing can always reveal a person using Meisagakure.

Furthermore, you have not included your chatango name in the app. Please do so.

Finally, I think, personal jutsu should be hyperlinked in your jutsu list anyway, removing the need for them to be listed in your second post. Could you do this as well?

[1] | You possess Yoton, i hope you know it is not like Bakuton and is an actual KG Combination Elemental Release, and not a KG Mutational Release like Bakuton. This means, you need to have skills in both Katon and Doton to utilize correctly.

[2] | Please lose the adjectives such as "Immense" and the wordings "Nearly Limitless" This is practically impossible unless you have an S-Rank+ Specialization in something. As you know, we run by a semi-stat system that gauges someone's skills, so having these with such wording while possessing skills not even close allows for godmoding or fool-hardy objections. It can also make it seem like your character is more OP then they truly are.
