People have highly mistaken him as an Uzumaki over their years. Raizen keeps his hair short, ruffled, and spiked, with two strands of hair near the opposite sides of his head falling over his face, with very distinct sideburns. Raizen has light colored skin but in time it changes shapes depending on if he is out in the sun for long periods of time. Raizen has a very strong body with distinct beautiful muscle that makes him both lean and very strong. Raizen stands a little over six feet and weighs around two hundred and fifteen pounds. Raizen normally wears a black, leather jacket with a fur collar and a white V-neck underneath. He wears dark blue, pants held up by a simple brown belt, with a silver chain attached from the belt to his back pocket. He wears his kunai holders on his right leg and his shuriken pouch on his back left hip. For foot wear he wears black ninja sandals. Also all of Raizen's clothes that he wears are all fire proof against both normal fire and chakra induced fire. Raizen is known for wearing jewelry primarily silver: a silver ring, and a snowflake-shaped necklace. He also has a piercing in his left ear. ► Mental Assessment Raizen is a level headed man and is always seen with a calm disposition. Not many people have seen him angry because of his self-control. But Raizen does have a bit of a temper if you do piss him off and once you do you better keep your distance. Raizen is not one to forgive stupidity and betrayal lightly and tends to hold grudges and hatred for those who have done wrong against him. Raizen also gets very cranky if he doesn't get a smoke every hour. But if you keep on his good side Raizen is a very nice and pleasant person to be around. He is very kind man and is seen has a great leader. Raizen had clawed his way up to the position he is in now for his leadership ability and strength. Raizen has been said to hold the soul of an alpha male and Raizen will protect his rank at any cost. But known to most Raizen has quite a dirty mouth and has a knack of letting swear words just slip through. He never really curses out of anger since it’s just the way he speaks. His swearing tends to give him a scary demeanor for those who don’t know him as well as how he looks since he is known not to smile very often. But under that scary mask is a very gentle and kind young man. Raizen does have the ability to be gentle since it comes to him naturally since he is the most well known medic in Iwagakure. Raizen is very carrying and kind with his patients and will do almot anything to keep them alive. This loyalty and strength to help others survive has given him one the highest record for the amount of people he has saved over the years as being a medical ninja. Raizen is a strong willed man and would be a hard egg to crack if put under interrogation since he was trained at a young age to never let a secret slip. Raizen was born to two very frightened parents who were scared of what was happening in the outside world. The world that Raizen was born into was one that was constant war between clans and it was hard for a family who had clan to protect them. Before the birth of Iwagakure Raizen would spend most of his childhood within the depths of the caves that would one day become the pathways into Iwagakure. As a child Raizen noticed he was able to control the small amount of chakra he was born with and was able to use it to climb trees, walk on the ceilings of the caves and run across water. Raizen was unable to perform jutsus since he didn’t know any but once Iwagakure would be formed Raizen would join the academy and would become one of their top students and would graduate with high standers for him in the future. Raizen joined the academy at the age of five; a year after his parents joined the village hidden in the stone. Raizen would graduate at age 10 since he was one of the youngest students to join but Raizen was very mature for his age and very driven to be the strongest of all the shinobis. Raizen would join a team of two other older shinobis who were 12 and 13 years old. Even at this age Raizen had a mouth but he picked up the true sailor mouth from his sensei. Raizen’s sensei was Keigo Tsubasa and was one of the high ranking clan members in his clan. Tsubasa wasn’t gentle spoken or polite in any way shape or for. Keigo swore like nothing else and didn’t care how he spoke which would rub off on the young Raizen. But that wasn’t the only thing Keigo would rug onto Raizen. Keigo’s horrible habit of smoking would also be imbedded into his student who would start smoking at age 14 and would continue to smoke to this very day. As the year went by, the First World War between countries would start. By this time Raizen had already had a good handle on his chakra control for a kid his age and had a handful of Katon techniques and was a very strong taijutsu fighter. But Keigo noticed Raizen’s amazing ability to control his chakra so he advised him that if he wanted to be the most helpful that he should sign up to be part of the medical squad. People thought Keigo was crazy to send an eleven year old into the medical field but Raizen was like a sponge and absorbed all the basics in the first few months. By the time the war had really started Raizen was being sent out into the field to heal those who have been injured. The hands on experience gave Raizen even more knowledge than he would have gotten in the class room. His heighten sense of sound and touch helped him in healing those who were injured by being able to just listen and touch them to figure out what was wrong with them. Raizen became stronger and when he wasn’t out doing medical work on the battle field Raizen was being trained by Keigo once again to be able use his incredible chakra control to be able to give him chakra enhanced strength. Raizen wouldn’t have control of this ability until he was in his late teens early twenties. But once he did his taijutsus would be extremely deadly and would be hard to evade since his speed would also be increased. Raizen during the war would pick up many names such as the Red King and the Blood Thirsty Wolf. Raizen was a two sided coin since he could be used on both the side lines to heal and on the battle field to defeat any enemy that dared to cross his path. At the age of twenty four Raizen took the position as head medic and hasn’t left the position since. For the next fourteen years Raizen would spend his time training his body to become strong on its own without the chakra enhanced strength by the time he was thirty Raizen could punch through boulders with ease without using his unique ability. But along with his training Raizen had created a small resistance against the Sandaime, who Raizen and many other high ranking shinobi believed was being controlled by an outside force. Raizen and this small resistance would protect the villages from their own leader and give them piece of mind. Raizen kept to the side lines and watched as their leader would fall. After the Sandaime was overthrown Raizen would be thirty three going on thirty four. Short after the overthrow Raizen would be asked by the resistance leader and future Tsuchikage Saito to look at their former leader’s body. Raizen was able to find that their former leader had been killed many years ago and had been turned into a puppet. It was shocking for Raizen to find that their village had been manipulated so easily by a puppet master. Raizen would give a detailed report to Saito and advise him to burn the body. As the years trickled by Raizen’s former sensei and good friend Keigo would fall deadly sick. Raizen would spend ever free moment he had to help him. As the years went on Raizen would push Keigo into a coma to ease his suffering since the medical techniques Raizen used caused the man great pain and Raizen couldn’t deal seeing the man he looked up to and loved like a father suffer like that. Also during the period of healing for the village Raizen had adopted a young girl who was 8 at the time of her adoption four years ago. During the turmoil within the village her parents had been killed. She is known to fallow her father around and is always at his side. She is also very talented and is a natural born sensor. Raizen is very protective of her and will scare off any boys who dare approach her.

Enhance Hearing & Touch

As a young child Raizen had been raised in the dark depths of the caves that wound soon be the pathways into Iwagakure. Raizen’s parents saw the world as unsafe so they perfered to hide away and come out when it was dark. Because Raizen was raised with lack of sight his other senses were enhanced like his hearing, smell and touch. Raizen’s sense and hearing and touch were the strongest since he used them the most while in the caves. This intense ability is used when he is doing his medical work. Raizen can feel someones heart beat by just touching their chest and he could hear the most silence of breathing from an almost dead man.

Chakra Enhanced Strength

When Raizen was in his youth at the beginning of the birth of Iwagakure he started to train his already masterful chakra control to help strengthen him. This would become chakra enhanced strength. This ability would give him the strength to smash boulders into pebbles and lift things twice his weight. He would have the strength of 100 men without being big or fierce.

Chakra Control

Raizen as a young child had an amazing gift of being able to control his chakra with ease as if it was second nature to him. This chakra control gives him teh ability to perform C rank jutsus and below with out hands signs and he can use high ranking tecs without using the normal amount of chakra since he can apply his chakra so well that he doesn't need the full ammount to complete the jutsus. Raizen can break out of low ranking genjutsus with ease and can blast his own chakra to release others from genjutsus.

Iryo Ninjutsu

Iryo ninjutsu is natural to him because of his natural ability to control his own chakra. Raizen is one of the strongest medics in Iwagakure and has saved hundreds of lives in his serves to his country. Raizen in the present day is the strongest medic and has taken the post as Head Medic. Raizen can heal people with ease and has saved people from life threatening injuries that not many medics could treat and be able to keep their patient alive
