Jutsu Seigen | Technique Restriction

This section details the maximum number of jutsu one may possess at creation. Though these numbers may not always be followed, they may be lesser in some cases. This also includes restricted amounts for Kekkei Genkai, as they are unranked and are labeled as a whole new category on their on. Despite being "Skill Ranked" instead of Ranked like regular techniques, a KG technique will take up the slot of a regular technique of equal rank (i.e KG technique of Skill Rank A = regular A-Rank technique slot). Remember, these are just startiing limitations, you may gain more as you progress IC.

Unlike most sites, a character's age, not just their rank, affects our limits; a twenty-year-old ninja is very unlikely to have as many jutsu as an eighty-year-old one, even at the same military rank. Anomalies in age (a sixty-year-old Genin, a ten-year-old Jōnin, etc.) will be treated on a case-by-case basis.

It is not allowed for one to Substitute or Downgrade your techniques. Your starting limit is a guideline of your maximum, if you over-exceed in techniques, we advise you use the Experience System through IC progress and purchase them later on.

Specialization Notification: When you specialize in an Art such as Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, etc. Things that relate to your Jutsu Listings, you are allowed to bypass the Jutsu Limitations to possess an Additional Technique of your Specialized Skill. As Such, an Ninjutsu[Katon] A-Rank+ Jounin is capable of possessing an S-Rank Technique of the Katon Nature. However, you can only possess the additional technique that bypass as your Specialized Skill.

D Rank Shinobi

Genin | Junior Shinobi: Genin are ninjas who have recently graduated from the Shinobi Academy, and are now fully established shinobi, capable of performing missions and being placed on a squad of 4. D-Rank to C-Rank Shinobi.
