Technique Name:[Hiraishin no Jutsu] | [Flying Thunder God Technique]
Technique's Label:Rank: S-Rank
Type: Jikūkan Ninjutsu
Hand-Seals: [None]
Chakra Consumption: Low → Immense
Description:A technique that allows to user to teleport instantly to a marked location through a dimensional void from their position. Through this void, a person can shift their posture to accurately to fit their marked destination, such as behind a someone, turned completely around, or even in a low stance.
A location is marked through palm-physical-contact[Atomic Chakra Consumption], which means it can be placed via chakra through the palm of the hands onto any surface. It never fades. An individual can also teleport to and fro anything that possess their chakra or they are touching without teleporting anything else, such as the ground or anything attached/holding an object.
The technique, despite its usefulness, has its weakness and that's chakra reserves. Despite being able to teleport anywhere with their mark if its too far for their individual chakra reserves, they could potentially die in the dimensional void due to incompletion. Also, distance = chakra amount. According to the table below, it requires this much chakra depending on the distance:
If attempting to FTG other human-sized object or being beside oneself, the chakra consumption can be increased such as this:
It continues to go by three, and if it stacks upon distance. As such, a 1km Distance would take 3x Immense Chakra Consumption with 6-8 people.
To add, the technique can not be copied through visual means or through speculation. It requires deep information only attainable by the creator, such as making a contract with oneself and ritual to do so, which is restricted to privileged knowledge only. If the contract knowledge is obtained as well as the markings, it can be copied.
