Technique Name: [Shōten no Jutsu] | [Shapeshifting Technique] Technique's Label: Personal Technique Prerequisites: A-Rank+ Ninjutsu [Non-Elemental] Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu - Kinjutsu Elemental Nature: - Hand-Seals: Snake -> Boar -> Ram Speed of Technique: N/A Chakra Consumption: Large Description: The Shōten no Jutsu is the personal technique of the Taki Hancho, Kawaguchi Daishin.
Before even performing the hand seals to activate the technique, Daishin first must obtain a large portion of chakra from either another individual or himself. The minimum amount of chakra necessary for the technique to succeed is 30% of the ninja's overall chakra reserves. Daishin then uses his own chakra, along with the three hand seals, to transfer the participant's chakra onto another person--a living sacrifice.
The living sacrifice, or the charka receiver, takes in the charka of the sender. The original person dies as their body and mind mold into that of the sender. The new form physically resembles that of the chakra sender in anyway. Kekkei Genkai, knowledge, and any personal effects or weapons also manifest with the shape-shifted body. Thus, the copy appears as an almost perfect replica of the original chakra sender.
However, the duration of the technique is limited by the amount of chakra that the sender had transferred into the living sacrifice. If the false body uses techniques that consume large amounts of chakra, the duration of the technique will shorten more quickly. Once the receiver uses up all of the original's transferred chakra, the Shōten no Jutsu deactivates, and the body of the living sacrifice reforms--now as a corpse.
The technique can only remain active within the range of three kilometer. As long as the chakra sender remains within that range, they will maintain free control of the shape-shifted body. However, if the body accidentally leaves that range, the control is severed and the technique is forcefully deactivated.
This shapeshifting takes long enough to take effect that its use in battle is ill-advised. It is often more practical to activate the technique before entering combat. The requirement of a living sacrifice also limits the opportunities to use the technique.
Because it requires human sacrifice to activate, the Shōten no Jutsu is labeled as a Kinjutsu by Daishin himself. However, this label does not stop him from using it--only passing it on to others.

I fixed the coding error and removed the speed of technique as it was unnecessary. Forgive me for this, but i didn't want to waste time. Next time in the future, please don't remove any Blockquotes from the coding.
You have to include that the original person who gave the chakra must be in the vicinity, perhaps 1km to control the body.
Also, take note, if you use this on yourself or someone else, the jutsu cost is large, and then the 30% is deducted from either you or the person you're trying to mold.
Type: Kinjutsu needs to be included.

Thank you for getting to this so quickly. Sorry for removing the coding.
I have made the proper edits for Kinjutsu classification and technique range. I understand the large demand for chakra that this technique requires, and hence why it will be use more for plot purposes rather than gaining an upper edge in combat.
