Name's In-Depth Meaning:

Zenko stands for Good Foxes, they are commonly affiliated with the benevolent god, Inari. As Inari runs the organization, and thus is the leader of the Zenko, it is clear its meaning stands that members of the organization are Good Foxes worthy of carrying the name of Inari's subordinates.

A member will always have a Kitsune Tattoo upon their body, of which will be visible at some angle at basic view, but only the leader has it hidden from public view. It is commonly placed on the face, arm, or hand.

Each Tattoo has a specific amount of tails, the more tails the Tattoo possess, the higher the rank and ability of the member in the organization. The max being nine, and the minimum being one.

Purpose:

To Steal. Zenko, despite its name, is a Mercenary Organization that revolves around stealing objects or information of value and selling it to the highest bidder, even the originator of the information of object to keep whatever they treasure with them or keep information private. As such, it's an organization that forbids unnecessary violence, and is very peaceful, except when stealing.

Due to the information they possess, and the leverage that will be gained through the organization, the Zenko are rather public in that they can be hired by the common man or nations by local Mercenary Request Guilds. What ensures their safety, as said before, is their information they possess and openly attacking any individual of the organization could cause backlash by the release of sensitive information towards the attacker.

Currently, all the information is but lies and a bluff to make the Organization known while keeping it safe, however, they still will steal.

Historical Background:

Zenko was founded April 11 - 44 SHJ, as such, the only background they have is miniature jobs to spread their name done by Inari himself, currently making their existence or reputation non-existent.
