Description:

This technique stands as a gateway to the true power of Wood Release. Its activation induces the growth of trees on any surface the user wishes, enabling him to create a forest in a matter of moments, the size of which varies from 0.5 to 1km depending on how much chakra is used. The forest can consist of any combination of grass, flowers, and trees within the affected radius, but is, for the most part, inert. Using any of the conjured trees for attack requires the use of additional chakra/other techniques, but the new forest offers convenient fuel for Wood Release ninjutsu.

[1st Tech] | Seems Decent.

[2nd Tech] | I wonder the speed at which the branches move, add that.

[3rd Tech] | Speed. Probably will require an increase in rank, but we'll see after the speed addition. Also, this should be Low-Constant. For every post its active and grows, it deducts from your chakra supply.

[4th Tech] | You say the size varies, but at what point does it become a Large Consumption? What's the height to fit into a large consumption category.

[5th Tech] | Nativity is perhaps one of the most versatile and largest technique in the Mokuton Arsenal, automatically making it an A-Rank, if not an S-Rank. However, due to the evidence of stronger techniques, in the Mokuton Skill Rank, this would be classified as an A-Rank free-form technique. If anything it should be Large - Immense for the size you have. It should be Large to Immense, with definitive size & distance marks which set them apart and not a 1k to 3k. Which could be from 0.6 miles to 1.9 miles[rough estimate].

Also, i would prefer if the technique had a constant usage for its manipulation, one to invoke the technique depending on size, large / immense, and one to manipulate the technique after its growth, low - constant. This is to prevent non-chakra usage where you can just use a singular jutsu and attack constantly at the enemy with no chakra wastage on your part despite your constant manipulation and controlling of the intent of the forest.

Oh, also, the name says Sea[Yamato's Variant] but the description screams World[Hashi's Technique]. You probably need to change the description if you meant this technique here. 'Cause that's simply creating a forest, not using it to attack and defend, but forest creation.

[Overall] | They should all be Universal, as anyone with Mokuton DNA can use them.

[2nd Tech] | Done. I also took the liberty of making the cost constant for as long as I'm pushing out more branches.

[3rd Tech] | Done. I made the cost Medium to activate the technique (i.e. transforming the limbs) and then a constant Low cost to keep manipulating them.

[4th Tech] | Clarification added.

[5th Tech] | Yeeeeaaaah, this is supposed to be Sea of Trees. I didn't realize it created an inert forest; I only had the wiki to go on for it, and the wiki says it's a small-scale version of World of Trees. I assumed that meant you could attack with it. Anyway, I kept the technique in there, specified that the trees were inert, reduced the range, and made clearer the chakra cost variation. But I'll totally keep all you said in mind when I register the real deal =P .
