Description of Plot:
Tired of other poeple being able to use jutsu and Fuku can't, Fuku is going to embark on a mission to find his potential- to gain the ability to perform both Ninjutsu and have a decent amount of chakra control. He knows some of the Theory behind it, but doesn't know how. He will find out. He will also learn his innate affinity of Suiton, and learn some Suiton jutsu.
