The morning sun was only starting to touch the night sky, lightening the black into a navy blue. A big splash cuts through the night silence and awakens sleeping birds. A small head of thick ,wild black hair erupts from the water amidst the waves from the splash. For the first time in a while Takezo was in the water for the purpose of getting clean and not having fun. He always got freshly clean on days he was going to so some intense training. The cold waters woke him up and a good swim was a perfect warm up. In the morning no one was around the docks generally so when he got out of the water no one was around to see him stretch and finish his warm ups. Push up and squats in nothing put his birthday suit, unencumbered by his kimono, which he washed last night and was drying in a tree near by.
Walking over to the tree Takezo pulled his Kimono down and put all his weapons back in their pockets and put it on. Once on, Takezo was off at a sprint, not maxing out but at a sustainable speed. He went strait to the interior wall of the entire village. It wasn't a short run but he was completely fresh so a run like this wont be that big a deal but he'll have to rest up once he gets there. Until then, he dodged around and fought his shadow. Each punch he made he reacted to an imaginary counter he tried to counter himself. On occasion, if he had the room, he would throw himself to the ground and roll back up to his feet to simulate a retreating battle and a failed counter. Takezo knew he wasn't naturally gifted like the rest of his family but he knew they lack something he had, they lacked his pure heart and spirit.
It was only a few miles but by the time Takezo reached the wall he was covered in scrapes and dirt from his various times throwing himself to the ground. He didn't do it so he could break his fall, he really fell. He trained as real as possible so he wouldn't be caught off guard in a real fight. He didn't care too much if he got a little dirty or scuffed up in the process. Once at the wall Takezo took an apple from his kimono and sat down against the wall. Shining the apple on his kimono before he takes a bit out of it, taking the time to gather himself after his warm up. He knew the intense stuff was only about begin. Reaching up and pulling down his own cloak of invisibility he revealed his hidden training gear: a log with 2 holes big enough for his hands to fit.
Well Loggy, It's just me and you for the next few hours He said to the log as he put his hands in the holes and hoisted it up with audible struggle. The log had been carved down little by little to be just enough weight for him that its a constant struggle but he can still hold it for a while. Either way this wasn't entirely meant to be lifted like normal weights. Holding it chest level so his arms were baring the weight, Takezo took a step up the wall, he foot gripping the wall with chakra. The added weight put a huge strain on his normal chakra for the jutsu, causing him to use more than normal. he focused his chakra to his feet, making the feint green aura brighter and noticeable.
Each step he took was an effort. After a few steps his chakra slipped and he dropped to the ground, which was easy to cover from. The weight from the log had Takezo sweating with every step up the wall. It took him more than a few times but he got more than a few steps up the wall. The weight from the log weighing on his chest, with that much pull on the bottoms of his feet, it was no wonder he couldn't get it on his first try. Takezo wasn't a quitter so he had no qualms with having the wind knocked out of him courtesy of the leg when he slipped. Some lessons were harder for him to get but with his Chakra control it didn't take more than 10 minutes for him to get the correct amount of chakra and keep it. He took a few breaths as he continues to walk up the wall, making it about half way before he stopped.
Now came the hard part. Takezo bent his knees and lifted the log from his chest ten times. Each rep accompanied by a bend of the knee. This was the work out part the part that he did everything to prepare for. The strength it took for him to lift that log while doing a squat off the wall had him dripping sweat. Each rep carried an audible grunt that helped him hoist the log over his head and back down. The work out was intense, every part of his body needed to work in unison to make this happen. His arms and chest lifted the log, his abs stabilized his core, his legs squatted and his chakra pulled him to the wall the entire time. Every piece of his worked to complete a single goal. He continued to do reps for about 45 Minutes before his strength ran out and he had to drop loggy to the ground.
His physical body spend Takezo had only his spirit to exhaust it's self to the point that he has to stop and rest his body for a bit. so with that in mind Takezo lifted his left foot and twisted his ankle to run the length of his thigh. His foot slid for a second until he found the right amount of chakra, which wasn't long enough for him to hit the ground. Once he got the right chakra ratio he leaped, with his one foot up the wall, landing on the same foot and only sliding a little. the next 2 leaps winded Takezo but his foot didn't slide even an inch. After landing for the last time Takezo stood completely still, balancing on his one foot standing on the wall.
Here he stayed for another hour before he lost enough chakra that the color around his foot started to flicker. Takezo pulled from deep with in himself. Meditating on his chakra and it's source. His mind flooding with pictured of a raging stream. He followed that stream for what felt like days. He followed it as it appeared to be drying up, pushing himself to find what he was looking for before the water ran out.
The stream went of for longer still, Takezo's mind pushed it's self harder to follow the thinning vein of water. Takezo's feet slid, lowering him from his spot on the wall as the water dried. Takezo's body was becoming visibly more pale as his chakra faded. As his mind raced to discover a deeper source for his stream, his body was growing gaunt from chakra drain. In his head he saw a glimpse, if only for a second, of a vast ocean that fed the stream, there was just crap in the way.
For a second, things dimmed and his world was almost black, but the sudden shock of falling had snapped him back to his body and realize his situation. He was exhausted and his body was tired but he frantically clawing at the wall, pushing slivers of chakra to his fingertips and feet to slow his decent is only for fractions of a second at a time. He hit the ground with a bang, a circle of dust dissipated slowly to reveal Takezo on his feet. Years of sleeping in tree's had finally paid off.
Once on the ground his body collapsed against the wall, digging a sweaty apple from a pocket in his sweat soaked kimono. With out any kind of hesitation or cleaning Takezo hungrily gobbled down what would be his meal for the rest of the day. Too tired to try and go back to the compound, he decided he would just nap here for a while. Taking the sheet used for his cloak of invisibility to cover himself and blend him into the wall. Though anyone who saw a snoring wall would start to question a lot of things.
