Description:

Through physical contact, the user injects a small dose of a certain nacrotic sending them into a semi-conscious state. This drug is injected using chakra molded as a minute needle. The prick of the needle doesn't hurt at all and can rarely ever be felt, unless said victim has sensitive skin. In this semi-conscious state the victim still has numb control over their body. However so, they begin to recall numerous memories both vivid and vague. The user uses this state of the mind to speak of a memory, in an attempt to alter or erase them. This is done by just words - all the user does speak of a memory in his/her own method. This instills a sort of doubt in the user's head when they recover from the drug. The doubt begins to grow as the person thinks over it, eventually shrugging it off as a dream or one's imagination.

By concentrating chakra on her prosthetic arm, Jun is able to produce hot scalding steam from the pores of her fake hand. The amount of steam produced depends on the chakra input. An underground network of Gysers can even be made with adequate chakra and time [1 post prep required]. The steam from these gysers can vary in heat (according to its purpose). At maximum temperature, the heat is able to burn the body quiet badly.

The liquid remains in the body for a short period of time [6 posts] after which the chakra dissipates. Preparation before injection, however does take time and requires the target to remain still. As of such, it makes a good pre-battle technique.

The victim's reaction, in accordance to their resistance varies from 1 minutes numbness [1-2 posts] to burns and muscle contractions. This resistance depends on the factors such as the skin's exposure to liquid or if any open wounds are present on their body.

Hm. This "prosthetic arm" stuff... Hm. Interesting, but we have to talk about this and see where the conversation goes. Regardless, I'll review the techniques with the thoughts about the prosthesis set aside for now.

Seize the Doubt This "narcotic" being used, where does it come from? I have issues with this technique since you can basically drug someone in the middle of battle, and regardless of who it is, you can just toy with them in their doozy state.

Water Scald Seeing as how this is Suiton, the user's own chakra should suffice to produce the water/moisture. No outside bodies of water needed.

Heaven's Elixir This "chakra infused medicine" - actual pre-existing medicine or some purely chakra stuff?
