Mission Description: A pair of thieves have run off with a valuable family heirloom. The owner of the shop described the culprits as older gentlemen with distinguishing features in the form of half-star tattoos on their faces, and as such should be easy to spot. As the robbery occurred during the evening the pair have not gotten far. Retrieve the stolen goods and use extreme force if necessary.

How do you know what the robbers look like? Did someone witness the robbery, if so who? The rest is fine though.
