An example would be putting 1[/u] point in Ninjutsu, leaving only 12[/u] points left, and Ninjutsu Skill at D-Rank instead of E-Rank. Follow this basis when upgrading your skill and you're fine. At OOC Creation, Chūnin can not have skill level above B-Rank. If you possess any skills in the Sub-Skill Listings, please add it to your listings.

You may also spend a point on an Aspect of a Skill instead of a Skill itself (i.e Shunshin has the Aspects Physical Speed, Reaction Time, and Distance Capable), but only once. If you do so, add this section under the corresponding skill.
