Historical Background:

The history of the Kurogake clan can be taken far back. The clan existed even before Iwagakure did on its own. Hidden within the mountains, a place they called home, the Kurogake men and women were not far from where the village stands nowadays. It would be no wonder hearing that the Kurogake were a fundamental ingredient in making the village. They were the ones who did most of the heavy work. Being able to manipulate the soil very well, “growing” houses was no hard task…

Kurogake abilities are said to have been taught to them by the mountains themselves. They say that the first Kurokage – Kuromaru was meditating on the peak of the highest mountain and trying to find a way to protect his village from the nearing invaders when he met with the spirits of earth. It is said that the highest peaks he was on was taken down by Kuromaru’s strength after getting blessed by the spirits, so that no one else could go looking for them, as was their wish.

After displaying his powers on the mountains, he rushed back to his village, hoping to make it in time before the enemies reached it. Be it luck or not, he got there right as they were entering the village, their numbers far greater than the villagers could ever muster up. And as about the enemies were about to plunder through Kuromaru’s village on their way to the next, the first Kurogake mustered up his newly acquired strength and punched the ground with such a force that the earth itself gave into his will and up came a magnificent wall of stone, shielding the village and catching a few enemies in the process. Yet that was just the start of it all. At that time, no one could compare to the fearsome power that was Kuromaru. They actually named him “Kurogake” for he was like a mountain. Nothing could push him aside.

Of course, he gathered a lot of followers after the demonstration of his new power. Those followers and himself left for the mountains so Kuromaru could teach them the ways of the spirits. Yet, it was only when he had children that someone could even come close to his power. Thus it was clear. A new bloodline had formed. From there on, the gift of mastering earth (known as Dōton) was given down from generation to generation. The Kurogake are said to be the ones responsible for crystalizing some of the first Dōton.

I could do a full review but it'll probably be easier for both of us if I just point out the main issues with this Clan on NRE.

Firstly, sensing through the earth like that would have to be some kind of ninjutsu, not simply an inherent ability.

Second, having "hard, marble-like skin" is not going to be approved. It's basically increasing a character's Taijutsu[Endurance] stat to S-Rank or even higher from creation, which is a big no.

Now, for the Atsuka bloodline, the moving through the earth will have to be done using a ninjutsu, for which there are already several possibilities (Hiding like a Mole, Underground Fish Projection, etc.) so it seems slightly redundant. However, feel free to register a Doton jutsu doing this. The Youton (Lava Release) aspect is mostly fine, the only problem is that it should specify that not all members can use Youton, since it is rare. Also, just remember that for a character to have it, they must reserve one of the positions for it (check the Position Reservations thread).

Regarding the Ryuuichi bloodline, Kouton (Metal Release) is banned and so should be removed from this. In addition, the ability to use their hands as piercing weapons should be registered as a technique, not an inherent special ability.

The last issue is simply that no one clan can have multiple bloodlines, so please pick either the Atsuka or the Ryuuichi blood line to keep and remove the other.
