Description: A derivative from the Vow of Silence Technique - This seal is placed behind the earlobe of every Tokkou operative. Upon doing so, a victim feels an immediate spark of heat from the seal. The seal immediately paralyzes the body after which this spark of heat begins to spread and burn the victim alive. Description: A sealing formula created by Nouchi and placed on his right upper-torso. The seal denotes the word '併' meaning 'Harmony'. The technique's name is quite literal as Essence and Spirit here stand for Blood and spirit respectively. This formula, when activated fuses one's blood with their chakra pathway in a rather unique way. By fusing, it is implied that the chakra pathway and blood vessels make a temporary pathway [called Yo to or life path] at the tenketsu points.
This unusual fusion does not give one the direct ability to control one's blood, but instead use it as a medium for various kinds of seals. When activated, one's RBC count rises drastically and it is this same excess blood which is used as a medium. A medium in the sense that this blood embedded in chakra takes the form of globules carrying a certain Juinjutsu formula. As of such, it exempts one from the requisite of making physical contact for a Juinjutsu seal.
Being a parent justsu of various kinds of techniques and combinations, these globules needn't be directly aimed at the victim. Instead, it can even be used on inanimate objects in a dormant state and can be activated later on. Hence, it has more than just the direct Juinjutsu usage. [Derived Techniques shall be made later]

[1st Tech] | Is similar to a Juinjutsu and should be so. Saying that, it'll be ranked up to B-Rank Juinjutsu due to the affects being able to restrict an opponents movements and whatnot, while C-Rank Juin can barely influence an individual.
[2nd Tech] | I don't see the fuinjutsu applications of sealing, so you should remove the label, it's aight if it requires fuinjutsu as a prerequisite, just not as a label. It should also contain the Juinjutsu Label. Also, it should have a separate activation cost than the other techniques, and if the activation cost varies, then what causes it to be vary? Amount of RBC increased or something?
