Description:

After manifesting small flames on each finger of one hand, the user then slams their palm on the ground, resulting in the creation of a cylindrical barrier enveloping a location of their choosing within [15 meters], protecting anything contained within and burning whatever comes into contact with the barrier.

The barrier's initial size is [5 meters], increasing linearly with the chakra expended (10 meters for Medium, 15m for Large, 30m for Immense). It is capable of withstanding a massive amount of damage, being able to shrug off a Bijuu's attack with some measure of ease. However, any attack made on the 'weak' side of the barrier [Inside or Outside], as determined when the jutsu is cast, will immediately shatter the barrier, making it difficult if not impossible to launch an attack from behind the safety of the barrier itself. Additionally, if the user is defeated or otherwise incapacitated, the barrier will crumble. If not destroyed or otherwise dispelled within [2 posts], the barrier will fade away on it's own.

With our systems, i believe this technique would have an initial cost, and then an additional cost to dictate its strength and length from up to down and left to right, all being differentiated.

The initial cost should be a Medium. With the strength of it being somewhat weak to blunt force attacks, while as you increase the cost from Low to Immense, you can increase what it can withstand, with Large being capable of taking a few quick launch Bijuudamas, while an immense can fully block one. Then the size would be dictated from a lower scale, being Tiny to Immense, as Tiny would be a cost to place it at the stage of 5 meters, while low would be 10, medium be 20, large be etc.

So it should have three different chakra consumption relating to individual aspects of the barrier from [Initial Cost], [Strength & Endurance], and [Length, Width, and Height].

...:v That's too much work for me, especially for a jutsu that I don't really care about and was only doing it because the previously approved version didn't have a defined size or chakra cost or anything.
