UZUMAKI PUREBLOOD

Coming from the Uzumaki bloodline, it is natural that Nouchi, like any other Uzumaki possess quite a gifted chakra pool. This, rather immense chakra pool has indeed taken effect on his being in the sense that his life-span has increased drastically. Furthermore, wielding rather unique chakra has in-turn increased the rate his bodily processes. Hence, Nouchi haa a faster rate of healing than the norm alongside a fast-paced metabolism rate.

CHAKRA CHAINS

As far as written records go, there hasn't been yet an individual with the ability to manifest chakra chains to its maximum potent. Having accessed this ability from an early age, Nouchi has nearly mastered usage of chakra chains on his own. His prowess in the art is such that the man is able to create chains of various sizes and use them in more than just their typical manner, hence making them rather versatile. The art requires little to no handseals and mostly depends upon on Chakra Control and Focus.

APPEARANCE

Nouchi is often mistaken to be an albino due to his pale skin, white hair, and red eyes. His hair is short and thick with messy locks lingering over his forehead. When the dye of his hair begins to fade, it is first seen as a dull brown and once completely faded - turns a vivid shade of red. Often, Nouchi dots gloves and long sleeved jackets hiding much of his skin. This has become something which has turned to be his trademark. A rather tall man, he stands at a height of 6'3. Built wise, the man has muscle though comparatively lesser than most shinobi. Hence, he weighs just 160 Ilbs. This however, does not mean that he's a lightweight. Just, not the best if combat ever came to Taijutsu.

PERSONALITY

Nouchi is said to have a rather childish demeanor and can never maintain a business-like demeanor. Often said to be rather lax ]in his work - people question his status as Hanchou. Yet, this is all just a gag the man plays as to keep a low profile. The man in fact, keeps his eyes and ears alert for the happenings in and around Konoha. The man is obsessed with being up to date and gets horribly frustrated if any information slips his notice. He's impulsive and moves around the village a lot rather than sit in his office.

On keeping a conversation, the man can be rather random on asking and speaking and often beats around the bush, much to the chagrin of many. To his subordinates, the man can be intimidating and dislikes being interrupted. Usually, he is said to give ambiguous threats to him, Surprisingly, he can be quite friendly with civilians and especially children. Chivalrous is what woman usually describe him as. Yet, having faced the love of his life leave this world - does not bother to have any sort of relation with women now. On meetings which matter or have importance, the man can still be a goof but fortunately, sticks to the subject on hand with a bit of professionalism.

On the field and in combat, the man shows his 'no-nonsense' side and turns very irritable to slight deviation to the plan/mission on hand. Something of a control-freak, his subordinates have gotten used to his outbursts on missions. Taunting his enemy is not the way he rolls. Instead, he likes to keep conflicts and spars short and sweet. While he can turn rather bitter on the field - he dislikes mutilating their bodies in any way, as a sign of respect to the deceased. The man refuses to kill [though injuring is excluded] woman or children, be them shinobi or civilians.
