Clan Surname: Naga Clan's Location: Sunagakure no Sato Clan Origin: Kaze no Kuni Special Traits:
Kōba [Plant Factory] In a weird sense, the Hiden 'Kōba' is a play on words, since Kōba means both Plant, and factory, leading many people to be confused on the means of the Hiden. The Hiden of this, is that when a child of this clan is born, they are infested with an array of forbidden seeds, cultivated by chakra and cross species engineering. Much like most other things that live in the bodies of hosts, they live off the chakra of their host, meaning that the more chakra reserves the host has, the more powerful these seeds become.
The strange thing, is that a lot of these seeds die off within the first five years of the child's birth, leaving only a select few. When this happens, the second phase of the Hiden begins- and they can begin to teach a child how to manipulate these seeds. After teaching the child, the seeds turn into plants inside of the body of the host- leading them to be called Ekikōba [Battle Plants]
When fed excess chakra, they can begin to grow and perform their unique abilities, and produce more seeds whilst they're at it too. They can use these Battle Plants to aid them in battle both offensively and defensively, and it is shown that each individual Naga member has their own unique battle plants- and are never the same.
The most basic battle plant that all Naga possess, is the Vine. The vines are simple, are like thick green rope (thickness can go up to an two inches, with no additional chakra consumption, unless +1 in Taijutsu [Endurance], to which chakra consumption is increased by ONE tier. [Endurance] is the same as Ninjutsu rank.) These vines are for manipulation, holding down people, rappeling, armor, etc. Anything that can be bodily imagined can be done.
Max amount of battle plants to be controlled at one time - 2x starting at D-rank Ninjutsu, going up by 1x Vine per rank (same chakra cost for manipulating all the vines), specialisation in this Ninjutsu is 2x vines per rank.
At D-rank Ninjutsu, the user can produce these battle plants from anywhere in their bodies; like the Aburame at a passive distance of one meter, for tiny chakra consumption per post. They can rise to 4x their passive distance, but also rise in chakra consumption the further they go. (i.e. at D-rank Ninjutsu, a battle plant can go to four meters active distance, but will cost a large chakra consumption per post) With each advancement of rank, passive distance goes up by four meters, leading up to SS-lv which gives a total passive distance of twenty-five meters, but at an Immense chakra consumption per post, can go to a hundred meters.
The Hiden factor behind this, is that they are then capable of taking in the strains of plants and things around them to engineer other plants, that they can then begin to use.
Each individual plants need to be registered per user, and are given automatically but need to be purchased via EXP (relative to exp charts), users are immune to their own effects of their plants, but not one another's.
Historical Background: An unusual backgrounded place to stay for a clan of farmers and plant enthusiasts would be Sunagakure no Sato. The Naga clan is a noble clan of Sunagakure, mainly because of them being the majority providers of all the food in Sunagakure no sato, cutting back the costs of importing food by a huge amount. It wasn't until a way into Sunagakure's birth that the plant users of this clan began to cross engineer and create more offensive varieties of plants- and as of such a new breed began, of the ninja kind. Not only did they now have their farming prowess; but a war on two fronts as nobility from being the village providers, but also as revered ninjas.
Back to a time where people had begun to use chakra, taught it- was where farmers and clansmen reigned. The usage of the Naga came about not by purpose- but purely chance. Using chakra on a seed at one point, one woman found out under the cover of the moon- hence the symbol and three seeds, that the kind of chakra she used was giving life to the plants- inside of her own body, could she produce far more seeds. That made one very rich farmer indeed. Going forward in time, to the time of the creation of the villages- namely Sunagakure, knowing that they could engineer food for the people despite the bad conditions of the place, they took advantage of that; and without them, Sunagakure would've been in a slightly worse off position.
Going forward even more years, is a thriving community of farmers and ninja alike- living harmoniously in their own small area of Sunagakure no sato, that is green. Clan Positions: - Leader: Ask Doc, Akuchi, or Unbeing
- Member: Naga Midori
- Member: Ask permission from T3hking

A couple things:
1) The chakra absorption would be one member's special plant. Even if it doesn't give back to the user, having a whole clan of chakra suckers is a no-go, especially considering how much the vines can already do.
2) E-rank skill in KG means that you have damn near no skill in it, so being able to manipulate the vines (even 2 meters) is too much. Start the manipulation at D-rank and it'll be good to go.

Sorry, just noticed this but these techniques would fall under the category of Hiden and not Kekkei Genkai. Apologies for the runaround but I'm going to have to ask you to change all mentions of KG to Hiden then we should be good to go.

(i.e. at E-rank Ninjutsu, a battle plant can go to four meters active distance, but will cost a large chakra consumption per post)
Take this out, at E-rank skill the user has no skill, so they wouldn't be able to manipulate any vines/plants.
