Description:

The user emits a wave of fire that can be used as offense or defense. The fire creates a ring around the user of varying sizes. Defensively, this is followed up with Kangekiha, pushing all enemies back to prepare the next defensive tactic. Offensively, this can be used to do great burning damage if outnumbered or in a struggle to protect very close comrades. With great chakra control, the flames can change shape, the very rarest being a vortex with, depending on the amount of chakra control, can grow large or can remain small. It moves with the user, but does not last long.

Description:

Usually used after Hibashiri, Kangekiha produces a lightning current that follows the fire, sometimes mingling with it. The user can choose to keep the lightning close and use it defensively or to mix with Hibashiri and produce a more violent and dangerous defensive technique. It is usually used as a simple wave to ward off the last of the enemies, especially against Suiton users who can easily fight against the Hibashiri. By itself, it is mediocre in defense and generally used to buy a small amount of time to perform hand signs or grab comrades.

Description:

Keiko's form of lightning armor is not overly visible. Instead, a lightning current flows through her skin, occassionally jumping out and traveling up and down her arm like loose circuits. To anyone who uses Taijutsu and touches her skin while the armor is activated, they are shocked to a certain level depending on the chakra put into the armor. Generally, the shocks are violent and painful, enough to make an enemy jump back in pain. The armor does not effect her speed or reaction time, and due to the high chakra consumption, can only last for roughly ten minutes maximum.

Description:

Must be used after multiple fire techniques! The user uses the Raiton element to conjure a wolf which howls to the heavens. After heat from fire techniques heat up the atmosphere, lightning clouds charge and send out lightning strikes that culminate at the wolf's point. The user then conjures a powerful fireball, shooting it in the direction of the enemy. The wolf will release all the lightning it has captures simultaneously, giving the fireball a wider range with great charge. When the attack meets resistance, it explodes and deals great damage within a wide radius. The user is usually left with little chakra, and a need to rest and knead more chakra.

1. Just put C rank Chakra Control, the '+' denotes specialization, which may be confusing. Also, you said this can change shapes and what not, but didn't give a range. Put how far the various sizes can extend dependent on how much chakra is used.

2. I don't really understand the technique, so after you use the spinning fire tech you use this? The wording is confusing.

3. RnY is a special technique here, and your character already has Black Lightning so remove this please.

4. This is awfully close to Kirin, with the only exception being that you use a wolf lightning medium instead of one' hand. Denied.

EDIT: Aside from RnY, if any of these techniques are from the manga/anime can you either make them universal or change the name around to avoid confusion if they have a different effect.
