By using one's chakra, the user forms a small, sharp blade of electricity, similar in shape to that of chakra scalpel. Unlike most scalpels, or even the scalpel commonly utilized by Medic Shinobi, this technique attacks the nervous system itself without any visible change or modification to the exterior. This technique can be utilized to forcefully sever the nervous system from its point of contact with the rest of the body, as such, if aimed towards a ligament, one can disconnect the communication that said ligament has with the rest of the body, disallowing the nerves from the arm to traverse through the synapses of the body so said ligament will be incapable of being controlled by the victims brain - complete disconnection.
