Ever hear that saying, that everyone has a double somewhere? In the world of Aevitas, it's literally true. Created by two distinct pantheons, Aevitas was at the center of a multi-verse for millenia. But as peaceful as the world seemed, it wasn't meant to last. In the aftermath of a devastating war, magical rifts are opening up all over the multi-verse and taking characters away from their homes, dropping them into a mountain valley in Aevitas that they are unable to leave for some strange reason. Many discover that, not only are they from the multi-verse, but that other versions of their worlds exist - oftentimes where they have an opposite gendered version of themselves living out similar lives.
Get used to the weirdness now, because in a world of fantasy, magic and steampunk influences, it's sure to never be normal - and genderbent doppelgangers aren't the worst things you're going to face.
