In his zeal to serve 'the people' and earn a chance at redemption, Hideki has been accepting any and all requests for assistance as of late, and one group in particular decided to take advantage of the Ronin's trust. They've told him that they're a group of farmers and merchants who were forced into homelessness by Iwa's hidden village. Hideki agreed to defend them from danger while they tried to rebuild their lives if the time came for it, and that time is now. They've called upon the One Cut Killer for his assistance, and he has answered.
