Alright so, since people want to see the helpdesk get used I have a couple questions.

1. I know it says in Guidelines & Rulings that Kage-Level Shinobi are required to have no core skill at less than C. I would asume this counts for Kage-Level Samurai as well, but when I asked Doc yesterday before I managed to re-locate that thread, he said that there was no mandatory minimum. What's up with that?

2. I couldn't find this explicitly listed anywhere, but should custom weapons and jutsu be put up for approval before or after an application is posted?

1. General and Kage are not equivalent levels as far as abilities go. A General isn't a Kage-level, they're General-level. So a General has no minimum status requirements similar to how Special Jounin don't need to have D-rank cores like a full Jounin does.

2. Before if you want to start with it; after if you're okay with buying it.

1. Oh, I see. That makes sense. This raises another question though; if General =/= Kage, do they also have different numbers of allowed starting jutsu than what's detailed in the OOC Jutsu Limitations thread? I remember Unbeing telling me that they were the same, but I might as well make sure since you brought up the differential between the two.

They have the same amount of jutsu. Not that you'll need that many for a Samurai anyway...
