To explain the purpose of points, Samurai possess various points, at the beginning, depending on your overall rank, you can channel one point into a single skill for a single rank up. Privates get 8 points. Lieutenants get 14 points. Captains get 18. General get 22 points.

[/u][/i] An example would be putting one[/u] point in Bukijutsu, leaving only 7[/u] points left for a private-class samurai, and your Bukijutsu skills will transition from E-Rank to D-Rank. The one thing you need to know is One Point = One-Rank Up. Follow this basis when upgrading your skill and you're fine. At OOC Creation, Privates can not have skill level above C-Rank, Lieutenants can not have skill level above B-Rank, Captains can not have skill level above A-Rank, and Generals can have any level of sill. You may also spend a point on an Aspect of a Skill instead of a Skill itself (i.e Shunshin has the Aspects Physical Speed, Reaction Time, and Distance Capable), but only once. If you do so, add this section under the corresponding skill.
