Jisuke is commonly seen as a secretive, and laid back type of Shinobi. His clothing making a clear mark of it as he wears a cloth blindfold to hide his eye color, and to take on the most suitable appearance of a balanced person. In truth its simply for style. He has shaggy black hair; shoulder length that usually stays a mess, and has a dark-set of emerald-sea green blueish eyes. Making him a "bright" individual color wise but keeping the rest of his appearance a more-dark overtone.
He wears a standard issue-high neck hakami shirt that covers up his torso-most of his neck and his some of his jaw as well as overlapping with his right leg. This also covers his arms up to the wrist where he wears a single black glove over his right hand, and a bandaged left hand. Made of a thick cotton-material it is solid black, and lacks much color to its appearance other than the singular white shadow of his left hand. This often makes him stand out.
As well as wearing a large-baggy set of black cotton pants, the overlapping torso-piece makes the coloring look off-set and it lengths down his legs to meet a pair of standard-black sandals. Nothing special about his clothing at all other than a large-dark green waist-shirt that leans over his left leg and covers up most of his lower-body down to the ankles. As well as a single -weapon- pouch of a dark tan color on his left leg.
This all adorned with the standard issue Kumogakure-single shoulder Chuunin vest, making him easily seem of a suitable ranking. His headband is attached around his neck, and hangs slightly off his body.
His skin is of a darker-white tan and shows some sun exposure like most of Kumogakure's populace and shares the same unique trait of having a hard-accent.

Jisuke is calm, relaxed, and focused. More so than most would believe humanly possible, he wants nothing but inner balance and proves that he can keep his head and coolness even in the middle of a hell storm of death and flames. This becomes clear when he is met in person, he is extremely cold, and precise. This makes him seem logically and extremely unemotionally towards others but in truth he is simply keeping himself in a balanced state of mind so that he can properly think, and control himself.
He is friendly, caring, and wants nothing but peace towards others. This makes him extremely protective but at the same time civil, and capable of actual thought. He has fears as does everyone but has the ability to push himself forward to serve those around him and protect his home. This being a keystone trait, and something he is regularly known for. Being brave and being an idiot are two different things, and he knows that very well.
He isn't cocky, headstrong or overzealous about issues and simply wishes to be kept out of major conflicts, only joining once his request for battle has been issued by his commander, and higher ups but despite this. He has a strong dislike for authority, and has been known to refuse anyone but the Raikage's direct orders, often bringing the issue up with them in order to avoid conflict between order. This bringing up question about his loyalty but it becomes clear when he is the first to act under direct request, and the last to refuse when asked.
He is often over caring, and solves issues he isn't directly related to. Finding himself spending hours helping villagers, and even aiding others in the donation of his funds as being an active Shinobi. Despite this, he is known to carry a rather expansive bag of coin, and seems to enjoy spending it.
He is loyal, and willing to die for his home if the time comes, and shows no hatred or fear over death but embraces it as a journey. This making him seem fearless or brave but in truth he simply understands the order of life and death and knows that when it is time, it is time.

History
Jisuke was born in Kumogakure's outskirts under the name of Oma Jisuke instead of Sosumei Jisuke to both Omoi Jisuke and Yueti Jisuke. He was raised as all other children were, and brought up to not only respect authority but follow it to the t- as most Jisuke originally believed life was to be. He instead became defiant, and pushed away from his teachings to follow his own path in life, as most Jisuke Children did after a period of time. He instead moved out further and further from home to explore the village each day.
At the age of six, he had finally pushed out and into the inner-walls meeting several older children at play. Having seen them in action, he followed suit and began to repeat each day in the same manner, following the children to the springs and watching them train and play games among the water's edge. As their teachers had instructed, they soon began to invite him and instead of taking their offer, he pushed away further and wished to simply watch.
This continued for a solid year, at home he followed rules all day long, and when he had a chance to escape he watched the children play. During this time, he met a nearby instructor in the academy whom offered him an invitation to join the flock. Finding this to be an interesting path for his life, he asked both his mother and father to enroll him. Finding this as the same path they once followed, they allowed him to join the shinobi life.
He found himself at the back of the crowd in the academy, he was less skillful, lacked any natural talent and was considered a run of the mill student. He never achieved high marks, nor did he ever even seem to advance in level of talent. This often lead to a larger than normal amount of extra credit, and soon lead to detention every single day in an attempt to help him push forward with extra tutoring. This seemed to only help him for a short while.
This ended shortly after his second year, where his teacher believed him capable of pushing forward on his own but in truth he seemed to continue to lack till the last day of graduation. Where he was pushed forward and into the world under the leadership of a Jounin, while the others enjoyed this thought. He hated the rules that would be placed on him, and the fact he had no skill compared to the others whom could be considered prodigy among the numbers.
This fueled him forward, and helped him realize his own potential. Under the leadership of not only his commander but the others, and his family he began to improve at a dramatic rate. Originally nothing but a weakling, he soon became a fine, and well known young Genin. Capable, and with a kind heart. This soon lead him to "secretive forces" and began his career as a Shinobi in a whole.
At the age of twelve, he began training under the direct line of A.N.B.U and quickly began to flourish as an Assassination Expert, and Espionage Specialist. This began his spiral into pacification, and soon helped him realize his truth in life. During the long, two year period of his Shinobi-hood, he left for unknown reasons and quickly vanished for three years under permitted status.
He headed home, to the start of his people as all before him had done. Digging up his fathers grave, and opening his mind to the experience. He spent three long years mastering himself, and awakening his path in the world. He battled demons, spirits, and his own self-doubts. His ideals became reality as his mind emerged in victory. He knew more about himself than he had ever done before, and with that knowledge he became as is he now. Peace loving, and loyal.
Always seeing order as a requirement, he quickly rejoined his active duty and took over leadership of the special forces for village defense, and with that he spent only two years of his life under direct orders from the Raikage. This ended shortly as he requested leave of duties, and wished to return to his original duties around the village. Being approved, he has spent nearly four years directly aiding the village in any required duties, leading missions, performing missions alone and generally improving the well being of the Shinobi's Life, and Villagers Comfort.
Despite all of this, rumors have it that he has returned to true active duty over the last two years however these rumors are neither proven nor false.

Jisuke has a normally limited amount of physical talent but with the aid the Yang-inflicted side of Ninjutsu his body has gained immense levels of physical endurance, and sheer stamina. Allowing him capable ability to perform usually difficult acts compared to others in the same type of predicaments. This makes him seem nearly-inhuman in the sense of pure physical will power but in truth it is his resolve, and focus which allows him to channel the strengthens of his body.

Jisuke is commonly seen by Sensory- and Doujutsu based Shinobi as a mystery, his Chakra gives off no selective element but inside the markings of both Yin and Yang. Jisuke is a Ninjutsu Master, capable of using various forms of techniques with little notice, and with little effort but he has focused on a rarely seen type of Ninjutsu. That without element, that of only nothingness. He has mastered the usage of techniques without an element to a great degree, and is highly known due to his efforts, and focus on his path.
With this, he is capable of perfectly deploying his techniques, and even seems to be able to use that rare and remarkable trait of single handed seals.

Known firmly for his calm nature, he also sports a mastery over control of his Chakra and seems to perform the most taxing techniques known to Shinobi Kind with very little effort, and taxation.
