Technical Prowess

So, I was looking over the various aspects for different skills today and I come across the Technical Prowess aspect for Taijutsu.

According to the thread:

"What Technical Prowess dicates is that you can only perform Taijutsuof your Skill-Rank, as such, someone with B-Rank Taijutsu can not perform A-Rank Taijutsu."

So, just out of curiosity, what would happen if someone with S-Rank Taijutsu took the Technical Prowess aspect?
