Physical Description:

Sakuragiri isn't a particularly special katana as far as appearance goes. It's actually closer to a ninjato to a katana on account of it's straightened blade, but the curve is still there. It's a clean 4' long gray sword that resides within a very light pink sheath covered with darker red flower symbols and a beige guard that looks like a sakura blossom. A small flower-shape trinket hangs off the bottom of the 1 1/2' long hilt, connected by a piece of 4" chain.

Object's Capabilities:

It's altered shape allows the sword to be drawn easily with only one hand from nearly any position, a necessity for it's one armed wielder.

Hadn't seen that; probably since I hadn't read the weapon guidelines since before chakra reactive material was added to the shop.

Removed that bit then, and added a rank to strength to compensate.

It has been decided to add to the Guidelines that weapons can not possess more than B-Rank Strength / Endurance, and they can only possess B-Rank Strength /Endurance if their sword focuses on a single aspect, and in turn, dropping Endurance / Strength depending on which.

This can be upgraded via RYO Shop.

This is due to individuals, like yourself[no offense], having been trying to circumvent the shops prices by utilizing the free@creation ruling we possess.

I'd assumed your starting weapon was roughly based on your own rank since I mostly went off other accepted weapons as far as guidelines went. But both are down to C now.
