Description:

Using the three tomoe Sharingan, the user invades the target's mind after eye contact. While inside, the user is capable of forcing the target's consciousness to appear within their own mind, allowing both parties to interact on an immaterial plane in a manner similar to telepathy. While inside the target's mind, the user is also capable of disrupting the target's chakra using a method that can be compared to an inverted Genjutsu Kai, severing all connections and preventing any molding that is occurring at that time; such as preventing a Bijuu from sharing chakra with it's Jinchuuriki or interrupting an attempt at an external Genjutsu Kai. This technique's affects remain in effect for [5 posts].

In order to use Tenkiri, one must use the Chakra Conversion System to determine how much chakra is required to interrupt the amount of chakra that is being molded or transferred between the target and the third party. The end result has to be equal to the target of disruption AFTER conversion, otherwise Tenkiri will fail.

A specialization in Genjutsu permits the user to alter the target's perception of time, allowing the entire series of events to occur within a fraction of a second in the real world. Otherwise, it occurs at real time.
