► Background InformationBorn to a Chūnin Father & Mother, both of the Uchiha Clan, while the former was capable of unlocking his sharingan, the latter was not. This brought about a lot of debate on whose more worthy of the Uchiha Blood, as his Mother was an expert Shurikenjutsu User, notable for her skills and accuracy that she was called "No-Miss Masumi". While, on the other hand, his father branded his sharingan in the company of everyone, it shined brightly with three-tomoe. Many would fear his sharingan capabilities, and he was also a notable shinobi, especially among the Uchiha, despite being Chūnin.
It is easy to imagine how a baby born from two different parents with two different ideals would grow up - disturbed. Even more so when the expectations of him awaking the sharingan and mastering it to such a level like his father loomed over his shoulder. It was anything but easy. However, he persevered.
At age 5, he was enrolled into the Academy. His life at home was continuing debates of who stronger that he was almost neglected as a child, having to decide and learn how to do things by himself. A mother-father rivalry was stupid. How did they ever stop fighting and have sexual intercourse? It probably was to see who would last longer than the other. The academy was more quiet, yet more competitive. The kids were always trying to one-up each other in skills, prove they are the best ninja, and all Genji saw was his parents. It was like leaving hell to go to hell, so he drowned himself in silence and training. It felt good to be alone. It felt peaceful. This would soon turn him cynical as he turned older, however, for now, it gave him solace to live.
The Academy continued like such for the next 7 years. He performed proficient in Ninjutsu, Shurikenjutsu, & Chakra Control, while in Taijutsu he performed below average, however, he was capable of passing at the age of 12. As he was 12 and had yet to unlock his sharingan, his father started to see him less and less as a shinobi that can carry his legacy and more like a shame upon his family tree. Genji didn't care. He gave absolutely no fuggies about his father at this point. In truth, if he had died, he would not shed a single tear. Not. A. Single. One. He didn't.
His father died a year later. His mother cried at the funeral while Genji had dead eyes. How could she cry for a man that argued and disowned his own son like he was shit? He could never understand, but that was because she was pathetic. That was his conclusion. Pathetic and weak individuals cry for others, if he died in battle, he was too weak to live on. His mind...it spiraled drastically into a deep aggression. He believed all weak shinobi should die. They don't deserve to live, and any of those that rely on anything but their own skills are worthless - like his mother.
She spiraled out of her shinobi occupation, and lost her mind due to living for so long with this man she had a indomitable bond with. Her old daily routine shut her down mentally, she couldn't proceed - he didn't care. She took her life. Not. A. Single. Tear. His eyes were colder than before, and all he could say at the funeral to everyone that watched their graves, "Weak people die. She was weak." He probably disgusted many people, but it needed to be said - she was.
His Genin squad was nothing different or special. They didn't stand out, they performed boring ass missions that were too low to be considered worthy shinobi work but just basic grind work. After 3 years of this boring shit that was called his Genin life, he took the Chūnin exams, and passed. Taking the position as a Task Force Member. However, he couldn't care less what he took, it mattered not. There was just one rule he lived by: "The weak die. The strong survive."
