After forming the 2 hand seals, the user's chakra is converted into an alcohol agent. This agent can be produced as either a clear, odorless liquid or a clear, translucent aura around the hands. This is typically used for wounds, allowing the user to clean any wound in less than a post. Of course, this technique can also be used offensively. When used in it‘s liquid variant, the technique can burn wounds and open flesh. It can also be used to produce an uncomfortable burning sensation to a wound, or be thrown into a target‘s eyes to cripple them visually.

This technique was created to alleviate pain. After placing their hands on a target‘s body (whether themselves or another), the user will begin to transfer their chakra directly into the individual's Chakra Pathway System. As the chakra flows, it will pulsate at regular intervals, sending a very soothing sensation throughout the target‘s body that will counter and nullify all physical pain for two posts, but a master of the art (S-Rank Medical Ninjutsu) can extend this to five.

Once the chakra is inside the body, the user will direct it to the joints before directing it elsewhere. What this does is give the target an enhanced flexibility by relaxing the target's muscles. In combat, this increases the reaction time aspect by one for two posts.

With the necessary hand seals formed, the user will convert their chakra into stimulants. Like the aforementioned techniques, the user will place their hands against the target‘s body and transfer the stimulant chakra. This chakra stimulates the body, making the target more alert. It also serves to increase reflex and reaction (adds one point to reaction and physical speed aspect) for 2 posts, granting the target the ability to evade attacks that they would normally be unable to. The reason that this is possible is because, unlike other techniques that focus of seeing everything, this technique focuses purely on allowing the body react to stimuli, even if they can‘t technically "see".

While the supplement is active, the upper body becomes more durable to attacks and the strength of attacks from the upper body are significantly increased. This was the "rough cut" for Chakra Enhanced Strength.
