Description:

Ronri will gather lightning natured chakra into the tip of his index finger and then point at the target with his hand in a gun shape. By bringing his thumb down a small, extremely fast "bullet" of lightning will be shot towards the enemy. As the bullets are miniscule by themselves, they can be shot out repeatedly by rising the thumb and bringing it down again, also for an increased chakra consumption Ronri can use both hands. Being hit by more than four of the bullets will result in numbness [1 post] of the afflicted area(s).

PANTHER:
Not much to be said here, nothing looks wrong to me.

GREAT BEAST CONVERGENCE:
I understand this is a more powerful version of the panther technique and that it is faster because of such, however if the amount of panther's is can generate per usage can vary with three being max then an over all large consumption of chakra seems a bit silly. I think that chakra consumption should be something more like, 1 medium consumption per panther generated.

ELECTRIC-EEL:
Since this technique can apparently be active for multiple posts at a time to add additional affect onto a target, a Low-constant chakra consumption should be more accurate.

BULLET:
I think you should make this technique to have a set amount of bullets you can fire per chakra consumption to make things a bit easier to gauge simply for tracking your own chakra. As such one tiny consumption per bullet fired.

OVER-ALL:
Nothing about actual damage was mentioned in your latter two abilities. Do these abilities actually cause any sort of damage such as burns, ect... ? If so, to what extent?
